Unfreundliches Personal, ansonsten alles okay

Die Lage ist für einen Zwischenstopp optimal. Für die Kinder gibt es eine kleine Spielecke, völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht so unfreundliches Personal erlebt. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld (das war allerdings ein KI System) war schon befremdlich aber Vorort war ich wirklich entsetzt. Selbst die niedrigsten Höflichkeitsformen von Hallo und Tschüss wurden nicht angewandt. Es gab offensichtlich einen Fehler in deren Buchungssystem, der uns dermaßen unhöflich entgegengebracht wurde - und das bei absoluter Freundlichkeit unsererseits.
Am Schlimmsten fand ich jedoch, dass das Personal im Restaurant mehrfach ganz selbstverständlich das N-Wort benutzt hat. Ein weiterer Grund dieses Hotel nie wieder zu betreten.
Darüber hinaus muss man sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass das Hotel direkt an der Autobahn liegt und entsprechend laut ist. Auch nachts. Das war uns aber vorher klar, ist nur ein Hinweis.

Noch ein Satz zum Frühstück: Der Obstsalat war gegoren, ansonsten aber völlig in Ordnung und leckerer Kaffee
