المكان هذا كان من افضل الأماكن الي تجي تجلس الناس فيه لان مطل علي طبيعه خياليه وقريب من التلفريك. والان الاحلي فيه ان في سكن مميز بدايه من الفندق وابامكامك تسكن في السويتات الخارجيه المتوزعة بشكل ذكي احيي موظفين الاستقبال في تعاملهم واهني صاحب الفكره الي صمم مكان في هذا الموقع يستاهل اكثر من خمس نجوم. معجزه الي يبي يسكن ويحصل مكان فاضي لكثر الطلب تحياتي للجميع

أعجبني الموقع فقط

أقمت في شاليه وكان الموكيت متسخ جدا وكانت تفاصيل الشاليه غير منظمه حيث أن دولاب الملابس الذي كان يحوي كذلك الميني بارد بداخله والغلايه بعيد عن غرفة النوم ولم يكن يوجد تلفاز في غرفة النوم كماهو متعارف عليه في فنادق الفئة العاليه .
كان حجزي شامل الإفطار وقد كان في رمضان وعند وصولي فاجئني موظف الاستقبال بقوله هذا افطار صباحي وليس فطور رمضان ..لماذا لم يقدم الفندق update يخص شهر رمضان ويحترم خصوصية المسلمين .

حبيت الموقع والخدمات القريبه والمناظر حول المكان

الموقع والاثاث والخدمه جولف كار من الفندق الى المدينه العاليه مجاناً كما اشكر العاملين في خدمه نقل الامتعه من والى الغرفه والاستقبال على ترحيب وترقيه الغرفه

Cons:

السائق الاجنبي سيارة القولف يجب انتباهه لسياقه بسرعه عندما يكون راكبين من كبار السن خاصه انه يوجد متعرجات من والى المدينة العاليه قد تتسبب بأضرار لهم.

The food was good.

Cons:

The hotel was alright but they misrepresented the rooms and ultimately gave us one that we did not book. At the time of the booking, the website said that the room included 2 beds (one queen bed and one sofa bed), a mountain view, a hot tub, and a fireplace. In the end it only had one bed and did not have a hot tub or fire place. The hotel eventually moved us to a room with 2 beds but it was much smaller than the one we originally booked and did not have view. In the end the hotel was fine but it had much less than what was portrayed on the website and was a bit overpriced as a result.
