Pros:

Cleanness, staff, english speaking staff, near to airport
On-time breakfast

Cons:

The fifth floor did not have elevator (only first 4 floor had elevator) and no-one helped me carry my baggage there, a bit weird map to my room

Great location
Pros:

We have been staying in this hotel for 4 nights with my wife. The best thing about Royal berk is its location. You can walk to shopping centers such as van mall and AVM mall. In addition , it is just a cupple of minutes far from main discos like festa. You can walk to şemsieh street, maraş , van musum and best restaurants of van. The gestures of staff in this hotel was great and they treat respectfully. They were skilled in speaking farsi. Break fast was good enough for a 3 stars hotel. Rooms were clean and every day you can ask for room service. Tottally I strongly recommend you reseving this hotel.

Pros:

The reception staff was very helpful, particularly Mr. Mesut, who assisted me in scheduling a comfortable trip for my parents to return home safely. As long as he is the manager of this hotel, I am confident I can trust him.

The other staff members are invaluable as well, and they speak Farsi, which is an advantage for Iranian guests.

The breakfast is terrific.

The rooms are clean and odor-free.

There is an air conditioner available for the summer months.

Compared to other hotels in the area, this one truly deserves its 5-star rating.

Wonderful location!

Cons:

This place has some minor issues. But compared to other big disadvantages of surrounding hotels in the area, they can easily be overlooked..

Lovely Stay, Friendly Staff – Just Needs More Breakfast Variety
Pros:

This is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff, particularly the receptionist, Mesut. Its location is excellent, as it is conveniently situated in the city center. However, one minor drawback is that the breakfast menu lacks variety, as the options remain largely the same every day.

Superb
Pros:

The hotel staff were wonderful—kind, polite, and always helpful. In particular, Nastaran stood out as an exceptional receptionist. She was not only extremely polite but also consistently attentive and eager to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The internet was very poor and disconnecting frequently.
I’m they clean the rooms but not a deep cleaning. The shower tiles were brownish of dirt, the kettle area was dirty and seemed uncleaned for a long time. There was aircon in the room but it’s not working when I asked the staff they said the weather is good and we turned it off centrally. So the room was very stuffy. There was a small window that when you opened it the smell of smoking was entering or noise of people talking…

Pros:

I asked to turn on the air conditioner. But I was told it can only be turned on from 1 July. What a rip off?!!!

So I had to sweat all the day and night.

Cons:

My family stayed there. TV had problems and nobody fixed them. The room was cold and the staff did not provide any heat fan or something for them. My family asked for water to drink and the staff answered very rudely instead of helping.

For one or two nights is a good place as a roof on your top
Pros:

The location was good
But during sleep hours, the street was a bit crowded and night life was still on
Soo the noise was a bit disturbing
