There was no bathroom mat, iron box, complimentary water, bath towel and hangers in wardrobe.

Reception guy was not even able to speak English. customer expects hotel receptionist to be able to speak or understand English. Booking.com should mention if the hotel receptionist will be able to speak and understand English or not in their website in the respective hotels so tat custoycsn book hotel where receptionist will be able to speak or understand English.

Even though I reserved the hotel in booking.com 2 days before the check in but at the time of check in reception guy told tat all rooms are booked. Luckily one guy checked out which was cleaned and given to me…. It seems there is no coordination between booking.com and hotel property since booking.com shows room availability even though hotel doesn’t have vacant room. I don’t know what is the purpose of reserving in the booking.com. Really bad experience.
