Brilliant value for money.
Pros:

Everything. Great location, beachfront with pool. My room tariff inc. generous breakfast, good ocean swimming too. Staff an absolute delight, resort café fantastic value !

Amed, a beautifful part of Bali. We shall certainly return soon.
Pros:

Breakfast and all the other meals were very good. Wait staff, great, couldn't do enough for us. Having stayed there before it was just as expected which is why we chose to stay there again.

Der Pool war super und das Personal extrem freundlich.die 20 minütige Massage, welche im Preis inbegriffen war, war hervorragend

Cons:

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und ich habe die Nächte, die wir da waren kaum geschlafen. Es liegt am Rande von Amed und um nach Amed zu kommen muss man an einer stark befahrenen Straße entlanggehen.

Pros:

Cons:

The rooms were smelly and had serious issues with the utilities, which made the stay very uncomfortable. When we decided to leave because of these property-related problems, the refund situation was handled extremely poorly.

When we told them we wanted to leave early, they repeatedly said they did not know how the refund would be handled and that it might take a week to determine. We waited for an answer, but even after we had already left early, they only told us one week later that no refund would be provided.

Shouldn’t this have been clarified at the time we decided to leave? They should have found out the refund policy and informed us before we left, so that we could make an informed decision and protect our rights as guests. Instead, they let us leave without giving us a clear answer, and only after a week told us that we would not get our money back.

This is completely unreasonable and extremely disappointing. I have never experienced a situation like this before, where the property’s own issues caused us to leave, yet the responsibility was ultimately pushed onto the guest.

Pros:

Staff were excellent, we enjoyed food in the restaurant and the beach from location is amazing. Our rooms were all lovely and although we did have a slight mix up with one of our rooms the staff managed to sort everything out and went out of their way to ensure we were happy.

Endroit paisible pour s’y détendre et profiter du cadre

La grande chambre avec une belle piscine et une très belle vue mer

Cons:

Nous avions prévu une première un massage d’une heure en duo mais celui-ci n’a pas été correctement pris en compte. Il a été décalé au lendemain, mais finalement c’était l’un après l’autre.
L’environnement alentour s’est avéré bruyant durant notre seul nuit
