Mega, komme gerne wieder!!

Tolle Lage fernab vom Zentrum und anderen Hotels. Ideal um frei von störenden Lichtquellen die Nordlichter zu beobachten. Nette und angenehme Atmosphäre, sehr schön und individuell!!

Perfect getaway if you want to stay a little outside downtown.
Pros:

We had plenty of parking space free of charge. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast had all we needed and offered a good selection. The views from the breakfast room and restaurant are stunning. Checking in was easy and the staff in the morning was friendly. Overall we enjoyed the stay in a smaller privately owned hotel. The city center was within walking distance.
The bistro/restaurant is having great food and we enjoyed our dinner here as well.

Pros:

die Zimmer sind tip top, mit Fjordblick, fantastisch
Frühstück schöne Auswahl. Essen ist top. Abendmenu, superlecker und immer eine Augenweide!!

Cons:

Für 4*, wird man am morgen gefragt ob etwas im Zimmer gemacht werden soll.

Pros:

Гостиница была в прекрасном месте .
Прямо в заливе.очень уютный и тёплый номер с окнами на море.
Были в феврале самое лучшее время для наблюдения северного сияния.
И не ошиблись.
Из 8 ночей 5 ночей наблюдали это прекрасное явление прямо из наших окон.
В гостинице отличные завтраки.
Есть ресторан где можно зарезерчировать обед и/или ужин.
На расстоянии шаговой доступности есть большой супермаркет 400-500м.
На расстоянии 100-150 м автобусная остановка .
Автобус 41 который слебует в центр Альты и он кольцевой.
Билеты преобретают в автобусе.
Есть ещё один автобус 42.
Он ездит по другому маршруту , остановка находится возле супермаркета.

Возле гостиницы есть сауна , Альта сауна , можно бронировать часы и платить онлайн.

Есть ещё немаловажное дополнение к вопросу об обслуживании в гостинице :
На 2 этаже есть хол с кофемашиной и горячей водой для приготовления чая или даже супа из суппакетов.
Есть холодильник - мини бар .
Есть стол со стульями .
Там можно организовать мини перекус самостоятельно.
Это очень хорошее подспорье во время пребывания и экономия.


Весь обслуживающий персонал очень доброжелательный , всё время интересуются нужно ли что то в комнате , полотенца , уборка.
Помогли вызвать такси при надобности.

Рецепшен работает до 15:00.
После этого можно обратиться к персоналу в ресторане.
Они помогают с удовольствием .

Cons:

Единственное
Нет банных прпнадлежностей: шампуни и кондишинера это бы не помешало.
И ещё возможно сушилка в ванной комнате для мокрого белья.

Charming hotel but freezing cold room
Pros:

The hotel is small and charming, with lovely decoration and overall atmosphere. The breakfast selection is not extensive, but everything is regularly replenished, so there is more than enough. Nice views but not so exceptional after all.

Cons:

There is no reception desk after around 6 p.m or so. The only staff member we saw (at breakfast) seemed to be running around trying to manage everything on his own.
The hotel is spread over three levels with no lift, and carrying luggage from the parking area to the entrance (let alone up to the second floor) was quite a struggle.
The biggest issue, however, was the temperature in the room. It was –20°C outside, which is hardly unusual in Alta in February, yet the only heating source was a very small electric radiator that produced almost no noticeable heat, even at maximum setting. If you held your hand 20 cm away, you could not feel any warmth coming out. There was no underfloor heating either.
Although the duvets were very warm, the room itself remained freezing. As a result, our bodies would overheat under the covers while our heads were exposed to icy air, making it uncomfortable to sleep. It was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel nights I’ve had in a long time.

Pros:

Utsikten ved frokostbordet.
Hadde også vært nydelig med badstue eller jacuzzi med den fine utsikten. Synd at det ikke hva der

Cons:

At det ikke va kjøleskap på rommet.
Kunne ha vært dispenser med såpe og sjampo i dusjen. Prisen kunne vært billigere.

Pros:

Aussicht aus dem Zimmer direkt auf den Fjord. Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön gestaltet und die Aussicht traumhaft. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wurde oberflächlich renoviert und sieht auf den ersten Blick richtig modern aus. Bei genauerem Hinschauen merkt man jedoch schnell, dass es sich um ein ziemlich altes Haus handelt, das wohl grundlegend renoviert werden sollte. Vor allem das Badezimmer machte einen ziemlich desolaten Eindruck.
