The location of the property.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness of the property is commendable. Breakfast was also enjoyable, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

However, I did encounter an issue with one of the front office staff. A particular gentleman who answered my call was noticeably rude and lacked basic hospitality. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but his tone was unfriendly and impatient, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise welcoming environment.

One unfortunate incident occurred during our stay—my sister accidentally stepped on a piece of broken tile in the pool area, which caused her foot to bleed. Unfortunately, we forgot to report this to the staff at the time, but we believe it’s something that should be addressed for guest safety.

Additionally, I was quite surprised to learn that although I had booked two rooms for two nights, there was an extra charge of IDR 150,000 per child per night for children under 4 years old. For context, we were a group of six—four adults and two children over the age of four.

While I appreciated many aspects of our stay, clearer communication regarding extra charges, better pool maintenance, and more consistent service from all staff members would certainly improve the overall guest experience.

Matige verblijf.
Pros:

Het zwembad was oke.

Cons:

De kamers waren muf en niet schoon. De badkamer stonk naar urine. Het eten in de restaurant was matig.
Als we om schone handdoeken vroegen, rook dit nog steeds enorm muf.

Pros:

Nothing at hotel but great restaurant across the road - highly recommend 'Gustos'

Cons:

Incredibly noisy - staff talking loudly in early hours & noisy shoes on stairs
Staff didn't speak much English.
At restaurant too busy talking loudly amongst each other and ignoring guests. Need more training.
Room big but big glass doors leading on to weird communal internal space meant we had to keep curtains closed all the time

Très bon séjour dommage que la propreté de la salle de bain n'était pas à la hauteur du reste

Cons:

le rideau de la douche était sale , avec des traces de moisissures, les produits de toilettes de mauvaise qualité , la baignoire n'était pas très propre , de manière générale les sanitaires n'étaient pas très propres

Hotel je na velmi klidném místě. Personál se takřka každý den střídá, ale je vstřícný. ..

Cons:

Personál na mé poměry- je ho tam až zbytečně moc a nic extra pro hotel nedělali krom standardního úklidu. Vedle v budově probíhala rekonstrukce.
Na pokojích chybí šatní skříň, či alespoň police. V koupelně bych uvítala zásuvku na fén, který není k dispozici, škoda. Bazén byl špinavý, dalo se po vnitřní straně psát jak do písku.
Slunečníky u bazénu jsou rozbité.
