Pros:

Rien, même le prix est cher pour ce que c'est.

Cons:

Difficile à trouver le soir car sur un zone de chantier baricadée sans éclairage.
Pas d'accueil, personne qui ne répond au téléphone (même sur le numéro de téléphone d'urgence).
Une porte de chambre qui ne ferme pas, pas de savon pour se laver les mains, un matelas fin, une couverture douteuse, un salle de bain commune sale.
