Das Personal war während meines Aufenthalts sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch die Küche war wirklich hervorragend – das Essen war das klare Highlight und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

Leider konnte das Hotel insgesamt dennoch nicht überzeugen. Die Sauberkeit des Standard-Zimmers ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig, auch das Deluxe-Zimmer entsprach aus meiner Sicht nicht dem Standard, den man erwarten darf. Gerade dieser Punkt hat den Gesamteindruck erheblich getrübt.

Schade, denn mit einer gründlicheren Zimmerreinigung hätte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein können. So bleibt ein gemischter Eindruck: sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Service, aber deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf bei der Sauberkeit.

Älteres Hotel mit Flair
Pros:

Älteres etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, aber mit ausgezeichneten Speisen und sehr freundlichen Personal

Cons:

Zimmer etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Es gab nur eine leichte Deck, etwas zu klein für zwei
Personen. Zum Glück war es warm.

Il deterioramento di alcune parti della camera. Terrazzo sporco a motivo dei numerosi piccioni.
