Exceptional service, wonderful staff, and a peaceful stay!
Pros:

As a solo female traveller, this place is completely safe. A very few people know English in Azerbaijan, but oh my god, the staff here were well-trained, kind, and, most importantly, human. They were so warm and helpful to me with everything, from taxi bookings and metro cards to even my visa process! They guided me well and fast.
A special shout-out to the receptionist, Emine. She was kind, smart, very professional, and really helpful. Her attention to detail is amazing!
Omar was also amazing at the front desk. He is really caring and detail-oriented, ensuring every little thing I needed was taken care of seamlessly.
The chef, Jumana, was really kind and made me fabulous dinners every day.
The service is on the next level; they made every request possible within just 5 to 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and soundproof, making for a very nice, pleasant, and peaceful stay.
I would prefer this hotel over the huge chains any day!

Pros:

Cons:
