بالتأكيد سأقوم بالاقامة بالهوتيل مجددا بسبب موقعه بالسنتر بالقرب من جميع مواقع الترفيه
Pros:

موقع الهوتيل ممتاز جدا ونظيف وعمالة النظافة ممتازين وبوفيه الافطار متنوع ولذيذ والقائمين عليه يستقبلونكم بكل رحابه.

Cons:

المرافق غير مترابطه حيث انه يوجد استقبال بالدر الارضي يفتح على السنتر وضيق جدا كما يوجد مكتب استقبال اخر بالدور الخامس
المجمع يحتوي على سوق يتحوذ على معظم مساحة الهوتيل ، لا توجد صناديق الامانات ذو الارقام السريه داخل الغرف

مافي خدمه ابدا الشنط انت تاخذها للغرف وانت اللي تنزلها بدون ترولي
الموظفين ماعندهم أخلاق وغير متعاونين سلمونا الغرف متاخرين ساعه وفي الخروج طلبنا زياده وقت عشان الشنط رفضو يعطونا دقيقه زياده جدران الغرف حواجز جبسيه تسمع كل شي حولك مافي عزل صوت ابدا
الاثاث قديم جدا وغير مريح ابدا
ريحة المكان مو حلوه
بوفيه الفطور مررررره ضيق وحار بدون تكييف المكان والريحة مرررره مو حلوه ومافي تنوع ابدا في الاصناف

Cons:

The bathroom is very slippery, I fell down and luckily didn’t break anything. The courtains were not properly tied. I believe some elderly person could face injuries or difficulties…suggestion is provide more safe bathroom.

The location is really good. The room size is good. The facility is fairly clean.

Cons:

The staff needs to be a little more professional. I booked a family suite, and when we checked in and made the pre-payment, we were told that we'll have to stay in a double room tonight. This they could've told me when issuing the key cards, but no, this I was informed right before opening the room door. They didn't even bother with any compensation for this. To make things worse at the time of checkout, I requested for an additional 30 mins, and their response was, "You'll have to pay extra for it."
Horrible customer service and a borderline scam.

It was comforting
Pros:

It was good

Cons:

No milk in the room for tea but later found out that Azerbaijanians don’t take milky tea. Also there should have been a sofa in the room.
