I will come back in a future
Pros:

Location is good. The staff is friendly. If you spent all day long outside and came here just for a night - its perfect. It's just few minutes walk from a metro station and 10 minutes walk from old town.

Cons:

The hotel itself looks a bit tired. The view from the windows was few meters away from other building.

Cons:

Персонал скандальный, в ванной ползали червячки, грязно, завтраки скудные, даже в последний день нет воды элементарно, на любой вопрос нападали, вежливость на низком уровне. Свет отключили в один день. Кондиционер не заправлен, в комнате душно, утюги грязные. В первый день проблемы с лифтом были. На окнах сеток нет, камары. В бассейне нужны шапки.

Cons:

Duş için cam kapı koyulursa banyo ıslanmamış olur.Kapı olmadığı için ister istemez yerler ıslanıyor.

Not worth the money. There are way better options available.
Pros:

Nothing special to like about the property.

Cons:

The location is worst.
There is no parking space for vehicles in front of the hotel. The view from rooms is not worth the money spent.
The staff is very rude especially the youngest receptionist.
The cupboards are very old and would squeak if opened and closed.
The air dryer was not working.
The reception didn’t respond when called via the extension and ultimately we had to climb all the way down to order from the restaurant.

Отличный отель в своей ценовой категории
Pros:

Всё вполне нормальное, номера, гостинца, ресепшн. На -1 есть бассейн и две парилки, всё работало. Бассейн немного подустал, думаю надо провести профилактику. Завтрак приемлем, без изысков, но всё есть - напитки, горячее, закуски, сладкое, фрукты. Можно заказать отдельно хороший кофе.

Baku molto bella, dintorni interessanti e particolarmente affascinanti
Pros:

Colazione accettabile normale,posizione ottima vicinissima alla fermata del metro e non troppo lontano dal centro raggiungibile anche in circa 1,5 km a piedi.

Cons:

La camera caldissima anche dopo aver spento il termo,il rumore continuo di condizionatori esterni vicini alla nostra finestra che probabilmente visto il freddo fungevano da pompe di calore,e l'odore della cucina che saliva in camera.
