Very good hotel and staff, and good location.
Pros:

The hotel location is in quite area, not far from the lake.
The breakfast was very good, like buffet, and fill us till night.
The hotel owner is a special one, you can't find in most owners hotels. The owner can help in all yours need, For example, when we asked him to order taxi for us to the bus station, he immediately said that he will do it, free of charge.

We stayed for three nights and were sad to leave. Everything was absolutely wonderful !!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and varied. Homely atmosphere in the hotel. Good system for buying drinks outside of opening hours.
Very agile and friendly staff and we felt extremely comfortable.

I loved it so much I would return in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The staff were SO friendly and obliging. The location was great - 5 min walk from the lake. The room was super big, as was the balcony and the bathroom! Everything was clean and I loved the fact you could help yourself to tea and coffee in the breakfast room whenever you wanted. It really did feel like a home from home.

Cons:

My one tiny complaint would be that the toiletries were very basic - a general ‘soap’ option to use as shower gel and hand wash, and only one pot so you had to keep moving it from the shower to the sink and then back again, and that there was no body lotion/ hand cream.
My son would have liked more variety when it came to the cooked breakfast options but I loved what was there! Always topped up and everything was super tasty!

Sehr schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal, Frühstück ausgezeichnet, zum See nur ein paar Treppenstufen laufen, ebenso zur Stadtmitte, Hotel kann man bedingungslos empfehlen

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel, mit optimaler Lage.
Super freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig. Gespräche an der Rezeption drangen zu uns durch. Auch der morgendliche Verkehr, Müllabfuhr, unterbrach unseren Schlaf. Aber, das sind persönliche Befindlichkeiten, jeder empfindet solche Situationen anders.
