Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer. Badewanne, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine inkl. Zubehör, Vergrösserungsspiegel im Bad ist immer ein Riesenplus, viel Stauraum. Zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Zwar läuft es über ein Self-Checkin, aber im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften dieser Art, bei denen man den Gastgeber nie sieht, ist der Besitzer sehr aufmerksam, steht jederzeit zur Verfügung und begrüsst einen persönlich. Alles sehr sauber, auch der Balkon (der geht ansonsten gern vergessen). Für Fahrräder gibt es Platz im Hinterhof (jederzeit zugänglich), wenn auch nicht überdacht.

Cons:

Etwas ringhörig im Haus: Man hört seine Zimmernachbarn. Es wäre super, wenn ein kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden wäre. Preislich ist es über der Schmerzgrenze, aber für den Luxus gönnt man sich das gerne.

Wir sind von Biel und seinem See begeistert.
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns optimal. Wir haben uns in Biel nur zu Fuss bewegt.
Ausflüge: Petersinsel per Schiff. Wanderung Magglingen - Twannberg.
Den freundlichen persönlichen Kontakt mit Herrn Bahrampoori haben wir sehr geschätzt.
Er hat uns zuverlässig den Zutrittscode übermittelt.

Cons:

Die Abwicklung über booking com fanden wir kompliziert und umständlich.
Darum haben wir telefonisch den Kontakt mit Herrn Bahrampoori gesucht, der für uns alles bestens erledigt hat.
Undurchsichtig war für uns der Grund für die Zimmeränderung.
Die Buchung des Hotels war ein eher befremdliches Hin und Her.
