Chambre simple, un peu vieillot mais confortable. On entend parfois très bien se qui se passe dans le resto 2 étages plus bas. Le ménage n'a pas été fait entre 2 nuits.
Pas de bruit extérieur.

Bei meiner Buchung über Booking.com war keine Kaution angegeben oder vereinbart. Am Anreisetag wurde mir jedoch mitgeteilt, dass ich den Self-Check-in-Code nur gegen sofortige Zahlung einer Kaution per PayPal (Freunde & Familie) erhalte. Ohne Zahlung kein Zugang zum Zimmer.
Nach Abreise wurde die Kaution einbehalten. Der Betreiber erhob schwere Vorwürfe (u. a. Starke Verschmutzungen, Rauch im Zimmer) und rechtfertigte damit den Einbehalt.
Bis heute wurden mir keinerlei Beweise vorgelegt – keine Fotos, keine Reinigungsnachweise, keine Rechnungen.

Statt einer sachlichen Klärung folgten pauschale Anschuldigungen und die vollständige Verweigerung der Rückzahlung. Für mich stellt dieses Vorgehen einen klaren Versuch dar, nachträglich Geld einzubehalten, ohne rechtliche Grundlage.

Ich habe den Vorgang bei Booking.com gemeldet und rechtliche Schritte eingeleitet.
Ich rate dringend zur Vorsicht bei dieser Unterkunft!!!!

Prima kamer. Lekker warm.
Contact via WhatsApp is prima, maar toch wat onpersoonlijk.
Fiets kon in de tuin.
Lekker ontbijt, beneden bij de Italiaan.
Ook het avondeten bij dit restaurant is goed, maar erg duur.

Cons:

Overnachting kost naar verhouding veel te veel. Ik sliep een dag later in een prima hotel, in een stad verderop, voor de helft van wat ik hier moet betalen.

Einfacher Zugang zu einer guten Übernachtungsmöglichkeit!
Pros:

wir konnten einfach mit dem erhaltenen Zugangscode eintreten, es war sauber und alles was wir gebucht hatten war da!

Cons:

die Nachbarschaft war gut in Festlaune, aber das kann schon mal vorkommen in einer Stadt!
