Zufriedenheit über Generationen hinweg
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich und bei Anfragen ihrer Gäste äußerst lösungsorientiert, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig tätig.
Die Inhaber-Familie ist vor Ort fast schon 24/7, für ihre Gäste aktiv, sie sind sehr kompetent und leben den Dienstleistungsgedanken. Es wird ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu den Gästen gepflegt. Als Gast fühlt man sich sofort herzlich Willkommen.
Die gesamten Speisen sind hinsichtlich der Auswahl und der Herstellung mit großem Geschmack und Sorgfalt zusammengestellt.
Das Frühstück ist der morgendliche Höhepunkt. Ein Besuch (unabhängig ob als Hotel- oder als Restaurant-Gast) wird daher dringend empfohlen und sollte ein fester Bestandteil eines jeden Spreewald- bzw. Burgbesuches sein.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Man konnte am Abend sehr lecker im Restaurant essen.

Cons:

Die Matratzen sind sehr hart.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, tolle Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Frühstücke waren sehr lecker, und das hoteleigene Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Man merkt, dass auf jeden Gast Wert gelegt wird.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer stand uns schon 12.00 Uhr zur Verfügung. Das Hotel befindet sich mitten in Burg. Therme und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und glänzte mit regionalen Spezialitäten.

Cons:

Ein Wasserkocher und etwas Tee auf dem Zimmer wären wünschenswert. Leider schließt der Ausschank schon 21.30 Uhr. Ein Getränkeautomat würde Abhilfe schaffen.
