Transylvanian Inn

In a stunning location with panoramic views of the Carpathian mountains, the village of Bran and Dracula’s castle, this beautiful inn is incredibly inviting. Laura, the owner is ever present and treated us on arrival with homemade elderflower cordial and a delicious carrot and chocolate cake straight out of the oven. I was lucky enough to be upgraded to the suite, with its fireplace and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was delicious with many homemade items including blueberry jam, various local cheeses and yoghurts. Everything in this hotel shouts quality and the personal service offered is so rare in this day and age. I can’t wait to return!

Amazing scenery, food and service. Recommended for a peaceful time away. Visits to the castle, bear sanctuary and mountain walks highly recommended. Laura and the team are the best. We will be back!

Attended as part of a leadership retreat and would highly recommend for corporate events. Amazing location and atmosphere. Welcoming staff and delicious fresh local food and rooms with amazing views to feel in nature.

This a wonderful location to explore the area, with great food, supported by a wonderful team. The view are excellent and mar you want to go and see what this area has to offer. After the exploration , you can relax in the Sauna and jacuzzi with more stunning views.

It’s a very cozy, family-owned place — and you can genuinely feel that warmth in everything. It feels much more like staying in a welcoming home than in a hotel.

What makes it special is its authentic character and inspiring atmosphere. There are thoughtful quotes everywhere that uplift your mood — little reminders like “If you can dream it, you can do it.” Even the mugs carry beautiful, dream-inspired messages. It creates a very positive, almost magical feeling throughout your stay.

The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, which adds even more to the experience.

If you’re looking for a place with heart, warmth, and a personal touch — this is it. I left feeling inspired and would absolutely come back!

Again the stay was amazing. Laura and the team makes us feel at home. The rooms are super comfortable and the food is amazing.
The hotel is very near the Dracula castle and they take us on tours to the bear sanctuary which is an amazing experience.
And the view is stunning. I would totally recommend a visit.

The view to the Bucegi mountains was amazing, and the Bran Castle was always visible from our balcony.

The room was clean and perfect size and the gentleman at the reception was also very professional and friendly.

As a souvenir, we received a tiny jam jar, made by them :)

Superb location!
The rooms are big and IMPECABLE, with very good beds and very clean.
The restaurant is having a big terrace facing the mountains. The food is consistent and reeeeally good, you have to forget counting calories here .
The most interesting place is the upper library with a 360 degrees view, full of good books and with a superb scenery seen on the windows. The place is magic.
Location ca accomodate bussiness groups, leisure and travel persons.

I had a very pleasant experience at Transylvanian Inn. The accommodation was comfortable and well maintained, and the scenery is remarkable, offering a perfect setting for relaxation. The food was tasty and varied, and the area is quiet and welcoming. A major advantage is the close proximity to Bran Castle, which can be easily reached on foot. I highly recommend this location for a successful stay.
