Outstanding hotel
Pros:

Amazing hotel, rooms clean and spacious, close to all the interesting points in deal with good view.
Have used many times during stays in kent, never dissapointed.

All you need for a short stay at a reasonable price
Pros:

Stayed for one night and it was perfect . Rooms are clean well equipped and comfortable . Quiet despite on a roundabout in the town centre. Close to car park. Good fish in the bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Stairs are steep . No it’s not stylish but it’s perfect for a short stay at a reasonable price.

Staff. Very helpful

Cons:

The price has really gone up this year compared to previous stays, may have been due to being valentines weekend though. A few of the usual touches were missing, bedroom cleaning detail not as good as usual and things like one packet of biscuits rather than one each. Silly little things but the overall experience not as good as usual

Cons:

The stairs too steep for me I’m 83. But given a fab room sea view lovely pastel colours bath but NO walk in shower

A restful stay with a good full English breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast's were very nice especially the full English.
All the staff were very pleasant including the cleaning staff who asked us every day whether we needed anything done in the room.
The room was nice and quiet even being right next to a main road having some form of double glazing.
A nice touch was room service which after a long day we treated ourselves and had dinner and pudding in our room.
We will return again one day.

Cons:

The shower was a little bit hard to turn off.
