Pros:

We had a wonderful time here. The rooms were spacious and very cozy. The hospitality was top-notch, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Delicious breakfast too! Will definitely visit again.Highly recommended place in Ella💖💐

Vriendelijk personeel. Korte afstand van het centrum.

Cons:

Er kwam bijna geen water uit de kraan.
Vooral om te douchen moest je heel lang onder de douche staan om je haar te spoelen. De frigo was beschimmeld. Er was een waterkoker voorzien maar geen tassen, koffie en thee voorzien. Bij het ontbijt was er geen water en koffie voorzien.

Vérifiez bien les prix des services qui sont chers et de qualité décevante.
Pros:

La chambre était conforme à la description mais avec présence de saleté. Le frigo était très sale et inutilisable. Prix de la chambre correct.

Cons:

L'hôte nous a facturé le lavage de nos habits très cher, avec des habits lavés a la main (pas de machine à laver comme nous avions demandé) qui ont séché sur le toit de la maison. Résultat, nos habits sont sales et nous allons devoir refaire une machine.
Elle nous a facturé les repas 2000 roupies par personne pour des repas en petite quantité( bien plus cher que des repas en ville).
Nous lui avions demandé également des taxis afin de faire de changer de destination. Elle nous a déclaré avoir avance de 1000 roupie le taxi. Résultat, à destination, le chauffeur nous a demandé le montant total. Malentendu ou pas nous ne savons pas mais nous nous sommes retrouvées dans une situation fort déplaisante.
20min après notre départ, elle a également déclaré à booking que nous nous étions pas présente au logement. (Après avoir dit que nous mettrions un mauvais note)
Elle ne parle "à priori" pas très bien anglais, et est très souriante mais le montant total a payé nous a laissé sans voix.

Pros:

The best accommodation I had during my stay in Sri Lanka. The room was spacious, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast was delicious. It is approximately a 20-minute walk from the main street. The lady is absolutely lovely :)

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Cheap and peaceful stay in Ella
Pros:

The location is an easy 15 min walk from the town, and it's beautiful! I definitely recommend staying in this area compared to in the town. Even though you don't have mountain view from the balcony, you have nature surrounding you, with birds and monkeys. It's so peaceful! The beds are super nice, it's clean and comfortable. The owner and her dog are super cute, friendly, easy-going and welcoming.

Cons:

You have hot water, however, the water pressure is around 20%, so be prepared for a frustrating/long-lasting shower for a proper hair wash! One of the rooms don't have any sun on the balcony, however the other room (with two beds) have sun in the morning. The breakfast was a bit dry, non-nutritious and unpredictable, and so was the dinner provided by the owner. It could be just bad timing, due to low season. The "laundry service" that the owner offers (which was not cheap, btw), consists of her hand washing the clothes and then drying them on the dirty roof of the building, next to the roof pipe, which made the clothes smell like smoke, and we had to wash them again...

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten einen so schönen Aufenthalt. Perfekt gelegen in den Bergen, nicht zu weit vom Zentrum ella entfernt. Unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und ist flexibel auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker

Dobrý poměr ceny a kvality v turisticky atraktivní lokalitě
Pros:

Paní byla moc milá, i když neuměla dobře anglicky a v mnoha věcech jsme si nerozuměli. Kdykoli nastal nějaký problém, ochotně ho řešila a byla také ochotná se nám přizpůsobit nebo nám poradit.
Na našem pokoji byla i lednička, což bylo opravdu milé zpestření. Výhled z terasy byl sice do stromů, ale i tak velmi příjemné posezení. Poloha dobrá, kousek od kolejiště. Snídaně dobrá.

Cons:

Přijeli jsme o trochu dřív, a paní nestihla uklidnit důkladněji, takže jsme si něco museli doklízet sami. Voda tekla velmi slabým proudem, první noc jen studená, až pak i teplá. Naše postel se trochu rozpadala. Ale vzhledem k turisticky atraktivní lokalitě stále nic, co by se nedalo přežít.
