Our room was lovely and big and had lovely views.
It’s a short tuk tuk ride into Ella.
You can walk into Ella or the 9 arch bridge from the hotel (during the day on the train tracks).
Staff were lovely.
Breakfast was great.

Le calme, la taille des chambres avec terrasse
Un service de navette pour le centre ville pour les personnes qui n'ont pas de véhicule . Propre. Nous avons eu la chance d'inaugurer la nouvelle salle des déjeuners le dernier matin , magnifique !!

Świetne doświadczenie hotelowe na pograniczu dżungli niedaleko 3Arches bridge
Pros:

Pyszne śniadania, piękny widok z restauracji i balkonów, nowoczesny wystrój, bardzo przyjazny personel, możliwość zrobienia prania na miejscu za 800 LKR/kg, menedżer zespołu także może podwozić tuk-tukiem do miasta i lokalnych atrakcji za lepszą cenę niż lokalni kierowcy (bo nie działa aplikacja PickMe ani Uber). Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni - kiedy nie spływała woda w prysznicu, personel zadbał o naprawę tego samego dnia, kiedy chcieliśmy jechać do fabryki herbaty, zaproponowano nam przejazd i oczekiwanie na koniec naszej wycieczki (za dużo lepszą cenę niż inni kierowcy). Dodatkowo można po krótkiej wspinaczce wejść na 3 Arches Bridge I następnie w ok. 30 minut piechotą torami dojść do 9 Arches Bridge. BARDZO POLECAMY 💯

Cons:

Jedyny delikatny minus to sąsiednia budowa, na której dość wcześnie rozpoczynano prace i szczekał pies, ale oczywiście to niezależne od obsługi obiektu i poza tym naprawdę jesteśmy mega zadowoleni z jakości jaką reprezentował personel 🙏🏻😊

Sehr ordentliche, moderne und saubere Zimmer.
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen. Man ist mitten in der Natur. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Nicht sehr zentral, also nicht direkt in Ella, dafür aber in der Natur im Grünen.

Fantastisch verblijf!
Pros:

Heerlijke, rustige plek. Kamers waren erg comfortabel met een erg mooi uitzicht. Het kingsize bed was zo groot dat je elkaar ‘s nachts niet tegenkwam. En het balkon met zitzakken was fijn. De medewerkers proberen je bij alles te helpen. Ze zijn responsief en hebben ons de omgeving laten zien per tuktuk. Ontbijt is buitengewoon goed en veel!

Cons:

Ligt bovenop een berg dus je hebt eigenlijk een tuktuk nodig om er te komen (of je vraagt de eigenaar om je op te halen). Lopend naar centrum is ongeveer 25 minuten.

Nos gustó mucho alojarnos aquí. Puedes ir andando en pocos minutos al centro siguiendo la vía del tren, a los niños les encantaba. La habitación familiar es amplia y cómoda

Cons:

Por la noche hubo una música y voces muy fuertes de algún altavoz o megáfono cercano. No sé de dónde venía (creo que no del propio hotel) pero fue bastante molesto.
