חדרים נוחים ומרווחים , מיטה ענקים ונוחה , ניקיון אידיאלי , נוף עוצר נשימה לגבעות של אללה . ארוחת בוקר מצוינת גם כולל פירות וקינוח . עובדים מלון ידידותיים , עוזרים בכל דבר . מלון יפה , שקט בטבע . מרחק של 5 דקות נסיעה בטוק-טוק ממרכז האללה .

לקחת בחשבון שיש הרבה מדרגות בחלק מהחדרים .

Struttura nuova e vista incantevole
Pros:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera quadrupla.
La camera in sè era bella, pulita, con due grandi letti matrimoniali. Il bagno anche era molto grande, dotato di una enorme doccia.
Essendo la struttura immersa nella giungla, regna il silenzio assoluto.
Il panorama dalla struttura è molto bello: godere di una colazione qui, con questa vista incredibile è molto rilassante. La sala delle colazioni è bellissima e la colazione è abbondante: prevede un piatto di frutta, waffle, uova a scelta, pane e marmellata, tè o caffè.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

L'acqua calda non funzionava bene per cui essendo in 4, 2 di noi han dovuto fare la doccia fredda. Il giorno dopo il problema è stato risolto.
Il phon aveva presa europea (shuko) quindi non collegabile alla presa del bagno e di fatto senza adattatore impossibile da usare.
La porta di chiudeva a fatica dovendo fare una manovra per alzarla e riuscire a girare la serratura.
La struttura è un po' distante dal centro di Ella: è necessario per forza prendere un tuc tuc perché la strada è molto buia di notte.
Cuscini molto alti e scomodissimi.

Υπέροχη εμπειρία! Όλα ήταν πραγματικά τέλεια, από την καθαριότητα και την άνεση του δωματίου μέχρι την εξυπηρέτηση και τη φιλοξενία. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει. Ο Eranga ιδιαίτερα μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειαστήκαμε από σίδερο για τα ρούχα, την κάθε μετακίνηση μας ,τις δραστηριότητες μας, γρήγορος κ με χαμόγελο,έπαιξε σημαντικό ρόλο στην εμπειρία μας.Η ατμόσφαιρα ήταν υπέροχη και η διαμονή μας ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Moderní hotel s nádherným výhledem
Pros:

Byli jsem v úplně nové části hotelu. Pokoje byly nádherné, krásně zařízené, perfektně čisté. Koupelna moderní, nádherná a čistá, postele pohodlné. Výhled z balkónu krásný. Pokoje jsou v patře, ale personál nám zavazadla odnesl nahoru i dolů. Pod střechou je nádherná terasa s krásným výhledem, kde si můžete vychutnat kávičku, což jsme si užívali každý den. Personál milý, nápomocný a servis výborný. Snídaně byly výborné, i když v evropském stylu, ale pokud je požádáte o srílanskou snídani, určitě vám vyjdou vstříc. My příliš nejedli evropskou snídani (vajíčka, tousty), tam to sami pochopili a udělali nám vynikající srílanskou snídani. Hotel je asi 1, 5 km od centra, můžete dojet tuk tukem, který se vám nabízí na každém kroku. My chodili vždy pěšky a užívali si místní přírodu. A také můžete jít podél železnice, to je jen asi 10 minut chůze do centra. Tento hotel všem doporučujeme.

الكهرباء مقطوعة
موظف الاستقبال سئ التعامل وعنصري حتى عندما أخبرنه برغبتنا في الغاء الحجز قام بالإلغاء مباشرة
اعطونا غرفة في الاسفل اي لابد من نزول درج طويل وهذا يتعبنا وعندما أخبرتهم بتغيير الغرفة رفضوا في الأعلى

A very honest review
Pros:

It’s a nice aesthetic the room is big and has a nice balcony.
The staff is very nice and cooperative, they will get you a tuktuk to the city if you need one ( trust me you do )

Cons:

The location is a bit scary out of town not a lot of drivers will agree to take you, the rooms are a bit dirty, and don’t even think about opening the balcony at night so many insects will come in the room ( spiders, flys, etc.), the bathroom is very nice but there is pretty much no hot water only warm. And for the price i don’t think it’s worth it to stay here through my experience. ( the staff is lovely nothing is personal that’s just my personal opinion)

Perfect stay a little outside Ella!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, clean and the breakfast is absolutely amazing! It is a 5 min tuktuk drive from Ella Centre. The people are friendly, helpful and very kind.

Ok value for money.
Pros:

Very cute Jungle hotel in Ella - staff were very polite and friendly. We stayed with the kids in a family room which was brand new.

Cons:

Staff was polite but all a bit slow. Even though we paid 150€ per night for the suite there was no service to freshen up the room (towels, fresh water, refill coffee). Also, the hotel is not ideal for kids as there is not much to do for them

Stunning
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at 3Arch Eco Cottage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with stunning views all around. It's not super central but we actually preferred it that way, and the staff was super helpful (they offered to drive us anywhere we needed with their tuktuk for a small fee). We also used the laundry service and our clothes were returned timely and in perfectly clean condition.

Pros:

Beautiful spot with great views. Cabins are spacious, with high ceilings and huge comfy beds. Owner is really helpful and can arrange tuk tuks into town (although it's easy to walk up onto the bridge and along the railway tracks). Highly recommend.

Cons:

Only slight downside is the distance from the centre, but the location is incredibly peaceful and only 5 mins in a tuk tuk (or 10-15 min walk along the railway line).
