Pros:

מלון הממוקם במרחק הליכה ממרכז העיר, אולם יש צורך בעלייה תלולה בכדי להגיע אליו (כשבע דקות), וניתן להיעזר בהסעות של המלון. המיקום צופה על נוף קסום, ומאפשר להתרחק מההמולה והאורות של מרכז אלה. החדרים גדולים ונוחים, ומאובזרים היטב. בגג המלון, בריכה עם נוף קסום. נהדר למשפחות.

Pros:

L’établissement est parfaitement situé près du centre ville d’Ella juste en bas. Le personnel est à l’écoute et nous a accueilli chaleureusement.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

Cons:

La piscine est très jolie avec une belle vue mais nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner car elle est absolument glaciale. C’est dommage car elle offre une belle vue et nous payons également pour ce service donc je trouve qu’il ne vaut pas forcément son prix.

We stayed at Morning Dew Hotel in Ella for two nights and had a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The restaurant is very nice, and the rooftop pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery—although the water was a little cool during our stay.

The location is excellent. It’s just a few minutes walk from Ella’s main street, which has a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, cafés, spas offering relaxing massages and other treatments, and plenty of nice shops. The hotel is also within easy walking distance of the train station.

And speaking of the train, traveling to or from Ella by train is highly recommended—the mountain views along the way are spectacular.

Cons:

One thing to be aware of is that getting up to the hotel can be a little challenging. The road is quite steep, and a regular taxi—and even a tuk-tuk with two adults—wasn’t able to make it all the way up. However, it’s only a few minutes’ uphill walk, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service to take you up, as long as you arrive before 6 p.m.

Sehr sauber; schöne Zimmer; freundliches Personal; sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet; hervorragende Aussicht

Cons:

Hotel liegt auf steilem Berg, es gibt einen hoteleigenen Shuttle aber nur bis 6 Uhr und einmal war er nicht erreichbar; man kann aber auch hochlaufen wenn man nicht eingeschränkt ist in der Mobilität, aber es ist schon sehr steil vereinzelt und abends nicht überall beleuchtet (für die Aussicht aber klar und der Weg ist es wert)

amazing. I have been before and will come back!
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful. the view is amazing. everything was extremely clean. I especially love the incense they burn it smells amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

One thing that people need to consider is that the hotel is up a very steep hill. the hotel provides a shuttle until 18:00. Tuktuks refuse and some times physically cannot get up the hill. especially if its raining r there are several passengers.

Close to the heart of Ella
Pros:

Great location right in the heart of Ella. Mountain views and beautiful rooms made staying here a delight. Staff friendly and helpful. Cocktails were amazing while looking out over sensational view.

Cons:

Only thing was the shuttle up and down to the hotel finished quite early at 6pm. But you can walk up the hill with an average level of fitness.

Superb view.
Pros:

The place is beautiful with an amazing view the stuff was really kind and helpful. Good choice of food in the morning. Very beautiful views from the balcony in the bedroom and the restaurant and pull.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a steep hill that the Tuk Tuk drivers are unable to climb all the way and the hotel shuttle service is only available until 18:00 , this made it a bit difficult with the children
( I wouldn't recommend it with young children)

The bathroom does not have event or a window that one may open which gives it a very damp smell.
By our third night the smell became really too much to handle...

הצוות שירותי באופן מיוחד, אציין לטובה את פרדיפ מהקבלה שנתן לנו שירות מעל ומעבר, דאג לשידרוג החדר וצייד אותנו בארוחת בוקר כשיצאנו לטיול מוקדם( ביוזמתו) . החדרים יפים, מרווחים ומאובזרים, הנוף מדהים

החיסרון המרכזי ואולי היחיד הוא המיקום, אמנם גבוה ולא בתוך המולת העיר אבל הגישה אליו מאתגרת מאוד ( עליה תלולה במיוחד) והשאטל של המלון פעיל רק עד שש בערב. ניתן להגיע עם טוקטוק אך כרוך בתשלום.

חשוב לדעת שהמלון ממוקם בנקודה הכי גבוהה על ההר שירות ההסעה מהמלון למטה והפוך מסתיימים בשעה שש בערב , לאחר מכן אפשר להזמין טוקטוק בעלות של 2 יורו ובודדים מוכנים לעלות את ההר עם הטוקטוק וגם מי שהסכים נתקע באמצע, אפשרי לעלות ברגל אבל מאד מאתגר

Decent stay with good view, but overpriced.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, the view from balcony was good especially on a foggy day after a little rain. Service was prompt. Staff were courteous. Its pretty close by to the main market and restaurant area.

Cons:

Location is a slight miss. Its uphill and no transport is available if you plan to be out late in the night. Most autos refuse to come up till there due to the climb. Its a 5-7 min walk uphill and can be done easily, however safety may be a slight concern in the dark esp cos there are no lights. To be fair, they have complimentary auto available till 6 pm in the evening and we did not face any unwarranted safety issues for the two nights we walked up post dinner after 10/11pm. Found the hotel a bit expensive, it has 5 star level prices, but the rooms are not spacious and the breakfast is average at best. The breakfast does not give you a 4/5 star feeling.

If you are out late at night, no staff is available at reception or anywhere. However, they do give you a number to call and someone attends to your needs asap.

צוות מאד שירותי ואדיב, חדרים מרווחים ונעימים, ארוחת בוקר טובה, נוף מהמם.

Cons:

הבריכה קרה ונמצאת על הגג עם רוחות, לא פרקטית. המיקום קרוב למרכז העניינים אבל המלון בראש גבעה תלולה שדורשת שאטל 4×4 שלא תמיד זמין.
יש באלה הרבה הפסקות חשמל.
