В центре Эллы, но выше всех!
Pros:

У нас был номер с двумя балконами выходящими на разные стороны. На город и на горы. Вид прекрасный. Номер приятный. Уезжать не хотелось.
Да, подъём к отелю действительно крутой, но это плата за хороший вид. В целом это не доставляло неудобств. Иногода пользовались трансфером отеля, иногда пешком, иногда нанимали тук тук.
Рестран хорший с прекрасным видом, меню очень разнообразное и готовили очень хоршо. Однажды пересолили том ям, но бесплатно заменили без лишних вопросов. Персонал очень внимательный и доброжелательный.
Остались тёплые воспоминания. В следющий раз снова тут остановимся.

Cons:

По вечерам хорошо слышна музыка из близлежащих баров. Но не допоздна. В целом это не испортило впечатлений об отеле, но может кому-то будет полезно знать, что полного уединения и тишины тут не будет. Зато все развлечения города в пешей доступности.

Friendly staff and great breakfast. Would definitely recommend this as a primary place to pick in Ella.
Pros:

The location has great views of Ella and the staff was great at taking care of us in all aspects.

Cons:

The internet was shaky at times. There was construction going on that we heard once switched rooms and moved to a lower floor.

This was a high quality boutique hotel and the staff were very welcoming. I would have liked to stay longer.
Pros:

Our room was generous in size and the bathroom was excellent. The property has excellent views of the hills and Ella town. The staff were very welcoming. We had a lovely breakfast on the balcony. The property provides a shuttle service for the steep driveway, but it's also a pleasant walk if you take it slow.

Cons:

The swimming pool was a bit cold in the morning.

Pros:

Palvelu oli ensiluokkaista. Maisemat hotellihuoneesta olivat aamulla upeat. Hotelli oli hyvässä kunnossa ja viihtyisä

Cons:

Ilmastointi ei tuntunut aivan riittävän pitämään huonetta viileänä päiväsaikaan. Yöllä se toimi kylläkin riittävän hyvin.

Location was on top of a hill where most cars and tuk tuks don’t go. The hotel has a shuttle roll 6 pm but after that hard to get home

Die Zimmer waren sauber, sehr freundlichen Personal, die Aussiccht auf die Umgebung ist traumhaft.

Cons:

Die Zufahrt bzw. der Zugang zum Hotel ist sehr steil.

Rundum-Sorglos-Paket
Pros:

Der Blick auf die Berge vom Bett & sogar von der Dusche aus (Panoramafenster) sind schon sehr besonders und auch der Rooftoppool ist großartig! Dazu extrem freundliches Personal (v.a. Rahul) und tolle Einrichtung. Frühstücksbuffet auch sehr reichhaltig. Und ich wurde kostenlos vom hoteleigenen Shuttle abgeholt & hab ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen.

Man bucht sich dort schon das Rundum-Sorglos-Paket.

Cons:

Preis ist schon ordentlich, aber lohnt sich, wenn man sich zwischendurch etwas gönnen mag.

Beautiful hotel - location and staff were wonderful.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with stunning views. We were given a welcome tea at the roof top when we arrived by lovely, friendly staff. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they all do whatever they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The location is brilliant, walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Cons:

Nothing - it was perfect.
