Pros:

Amazing view and in walking distance (5min) to restaurants and about 20 min to main attractions like little Adam’s Peak / Nine Arche Bridge or you just take a tuk-tuk.

Great breakfast with a large variety!!

Staff totally helpful and friendly.

Full recommendation!!

Spectacular views, excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

Our 2nd stay here and the hotel again we loved. The views from our room balcony and the restaurant of Ella Gap and Ella Rick are spectacular. The staff are really nice and the food is great. It's a perfect base foe exploring the area. We enjoyed the hikes up Ella,Rock and Little Adam's Peak. Wonderful!

Pros:

Wunderbares, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück. Aufmerksames Personal. Traumhafter Ausblick von der Terrasse. Hängematte. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice und frische Handtücher. Pooltücher. Erfrischender Pool mit ausreichend liegen und tollem Blick. Trotzdem super schnell an der Hauptstraße mit vielen Restaurants.

Cons:

Die Betten waren ziemlich hart.

Highly recommend beautiful hotel in Ella!
Pros:

Beautiful property in the heart of Ella. Near to great bars and restaurants. Staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. View overlooking Ella rock is spectacular and waking up to that was a highlight each morning. Near to Little Adam’s peak and Nine Arch Bridge / short drive away.

Pros:

Beautiful view, good breakfast buffet, staff assisted to get luggage up and down the steep stairs, kindly invited our driver to complimentary breakfast buffet each morning.

Cons:

No hot water for showers - cold. Reported it repeatedly. Tepid on last morning. We were rained in (NB weather not in control of hotel) however, no facilities, no TV in rooms, pool too cold to use due to cold Feb weather. Little to do at the hotel itself. Very steep narrow road to get to hotel from Ella main street, difficult for cars (one-way traffic/single lane). Lots of steep stairs to reception and to rooms on each of the terraces below.

- très mauvaise insonorisation (on entendait tout nos voisins de chambre)
- vétusté de certains équipements
- sdb qui présentait des carreaux cassées dans la douches, le joint des WC très sale

Amazing location- with wonderful facilities and comfortable accomodation.
Views across the valleys exceptional. Bedrooms comfortable. Pool and dining room excellent. A perfect base to relax and unwind and explore the local area.
Recommend ordering the rice and curry!

All good. My friends and I all loved this place. A perfect place to relax when exploring Sri Lanka.

Disappointing
Pros:

The view. Amazing. Breakfast great as well.

Cons:

No atmosphere. Staff watching cricket. Only couple eating in the restaurant. Forgot to clean the room. Pool not inviting.
