Great place in Ella
Pros:

Todo estaba tal cual imaginé y ví en las fotos. Nuestra habitación estaba arriba del todo y de fácil acceso, con balcón privado, pero me fijé en las demás y han arreglado la parte de las habitaciones, ahora los balcones ya no se comunican entre sí, algo que leí de comentarios negativos. Es un poco incómodo acceder a la piscina si estás arriba del todo ya que se encuentra abajo y hay muchas escaleras, pero se agradece un baño después de visitar el entorno. El desayuno nos gustó que fuera buffet, todo estaba muy rico. Si quieres llegar al centro de Ella andando, sin tener que coger Tuk Tuk cada vez, es ideal.

Cons:

Un poco caro para lo que realmente es y comparado con otros sitios que hemos estado en Sri Lanka.

We had a fantastic stay at Zion View Ella Retreat and would highly recommend it.
Pros:

It was lovely and peaceful. The view from our room was amazing! Our room was great, even with our family of 5 pretty much adults. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. The property was an easy walk into town.

Pros:

Skvělý hotel, který můžeme jen doporučit. Nejvíce nás nadchly výborné snídaně s opravdu velkým výběrem a skvělé čaje. Personál byl po celou dobu pobytu velmi milý, ochotný a usměvavý.

Celý hotel byl perfektně čistý a krásně udržovaný. Bazén s úžasným výhledem, kde se skvěle odpočívalo. Pobyt jsme si moc užili.

Perfect verblijf
Pros:

Heel vriendelijk begroet toen wij binnenkwamen. Het personeel was super aardig en behulpzaam tijdens het hele verblijf.
De kamer en badkamer zijn beiden prima. Er is een goede airco aanwezig en ook een fijn mosquito net om het bed heen.
De veranda is echt GEWELDIG. Je kan er super leuk even uitrusten en je hebt daarbij echt een ontzettend mooi uitzicht.
Een bergje af en je bent bij het centrum, is wel een goede klim omhoog als je weer terug wilt gaan.
Het zwembad is ook super, wij hebben ook een massage genomen die erg beviel.
En het eten, zowel de lunch als ontbijt, zijn echt ruim en lekker.
Zeker een aanrader als je een verblijf waar je wat langer wilt blijven en heerlijk tot rust wilt komen!

Cons:

Niks te verzinnen, verblijf was echt top.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this resort with our two kids. The view is amazing, the rooms are comfortable and it’s at a great location within walking distance of the Main Street. Our daughter turned four while we were staying here. The staff found this out and arranged a small birthday party for her in the restaurant as a surprise, including decorations and cake. This made her day, it was such a sweet gesture that had such a big impact. Really happy to have stayed here!

Fijn verblijf perfect voor kinderen
Pros:

Een groot speeltoestel, zandbak en een aparte speelruimte voor onze zoon van 2. Dat was fantastisch. Verder een fijn zwembad en heel goed ontbijt.

Persoonlijk vond ik het personeel minder vriendelijk en spontaner dan bij andere locaties

Gorgeous place with stunning views
Pros:

Gorgeous place, the pool not too big but so welcome in the heat. Shower the loveliest I've had during my three week vacation. Views to die for. Breakfast was great with someone to fry you up a nice omelet. Really wonderful.

Cons:

If I had to name one thing, it would be that my balcony and the neighbours really only had a short wall as a separation. The neighbour's kid peeked around the corner. Not a huge deal, but not perfect. And my appartement was next to the yoga class. Had I sat in front of my apt with someone and chatted at normal level, that would have disturbed the tranquility of the yoga class.
