Clean and safe, good for beach vacation.
Pros:

Plenty of free parking in front. Clean room, modernized recently. Surely nice for a stay at the seafront near the beach in summer. The area around has not much more to offer (the hotel cannot do anything for it, but keep it in mind if you are planning a roadtrip).

Cons:

The staff was not really welcoming. The breakfast is rich but mainly centered on sweet things. You need to go up stairs to reach the elevator (can be a physical challenge for some, and is annoying for anyone with a case).

Great location, with excellent and helpful staff. Great for cyclists to stay
Pros:

The location with sea view, proximity to town. Also very bike-friendly as the hotel provided a hose for our muddy bikes which could be stored indoors.

Cons:

Breakfast had too many sweets, not enough real bread

The rooms weren’t great, staff not helpful, and the experience with the cleaners terrible.
Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

There was no cups at all, or coffee/rea making in the room.
The location being near the sea wasn’t as good as I anticipated from the map. It wasn’t near the beach for swimming.
There wasn’t much along the waterfront to do.
On the day we were leaving, we had not yet checked out, and the cleaners came in, then left our door wide open, with all of our belongings in the room. When I returned, I was shocked and asked them to leave. I went to the bathroom, and came out to find them in my room again.
