Hotel situé dans un quartier de Fes un peu loin du centre historique
Pros:

La possibilité de faire du sport . Belle piscine extérieure mais pas chauffée. Non praticable en avril . Chambre spacieuse.

Cons:

Équipement de la salle de bain défectueux. Chambre donnant sur le stade de football avec match jusqu’à minuit . Fenêtre donnant sur la mosquée et réveiller aux aurores…

Un grand merci encore au personnel de l’hôtel surtout les filles à la réception : Lalla Hajar pour son accueil et la bonne prise en charge de ma demande choix de chambre, à Nouhaila pour son accueil et ses conseils sur les endroits à visiter et je n’oublie aussi les grands Mrs à la réception pour le service du soir 🙏 le petit dejeuner, le hamam, la salle de sport : tout est magnifique pour mon séjour en famille. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Je reviendrai 😊

L’accès piscine de nuit

Cons:

Le veilleur de nuit d’une gentillesse incroyable, par contre les filles à l’accueil, J’avais l’impression d’être à l’hôtel Hilton et que je venais payer en ticket restaurant. Hautaine!!!

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again
Pros:

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Fez. The place is very large and offers everything you might need — great sports facilities, a restaurant, and both outdoor and indoor swimming pools. Everything was well organized and comfortable.

I would especially like to thank the reception team for their warm welcome and professionalism. A special thanks to Safa, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

A great , peaceful and relaxing experience
Pros:

Everything pretty much , such a well equipped, well designed hotel with an absolutely great gym , the best I've seen in a hotel , great view on the olympic pool , great rooms with very large comfy beds and terraces to relax at and high quality bathrooms with everything you need , I also liked the breakfast , it was very filling and the service was well supervised by the nice lady of color there . I highly recommend it to everyone tourist or not even to people living in Fes , they'd love experiencing such a peaceful , well equipped and highly maintained hotel.

Cons:

1- I wish they'd inform you before having the cleaning ladies come knock and even open your door to clean it or bring clean towels , it disturbs the peace and comfort and intrudes your privacy when in the bathroom or sleeping.
2- They kinda need to check the elevator , I mean it works well but the noise it makes kinda freaks people off and it may indicate that it has a problem.

TERRIBLE, NOISY, HOTEL

This hotel is terrible for visitors to Fez unless youre here for a sports tournament.

It is sold as having an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, hammam and sauna and sounds perfect. The reality is entirely different.

It has several football pitches next to the bedrooms, with loud matches taking place until after midnight. Even with the balcony doors shut the noise was the same as being inside a stadium. This went on until 00.20 and was unbearable.

The Sauna was closed and permanently unavailable . So was the womens Hammam . The mens Hammam was open and we were told we could return at 10pm and the men would be told to leave so we women could use it . Obviously unaceptable.

We booked 2 double rooms with quiet pool view, a spa bath and other upgraded facilities. The room we were given was next to 2 football pitches, the other room above a gym with loud music and zumba classes that went on until 11pm . The entire room and corridor shook with the noise. We showed the receptionist our booking confirmation, to which she apologised and said she couldnt offer another room as the hotel was fully booked.

I am a regular world traveller and have never complained about any hotel in any country before. I also spend a lot of time in Morocco and am used to rural rustic traditional hotels off the beaten track, with basic facilities. But whilst this hotel is clean with reasonable rooms, it is not to be recommended for tourists to this beautiful city.
I advise you to avoid this hotel at all costs.
