Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel. Un grand merci aux réceptionnistes Safae, Salma et Hajar qui sont très accueillantes, souriantes et professionnelles. Leur gentillesse fait vraiment la différence.

Many services available, not the newest place but good and clean
Pros:

Very good breakfast, bedroom and bathroom clean and big enough, comfortable bed. Many services included but I didn't use them.

Cons:

The position can be questionable being at the side of a football field where there are children or adults running around from morning to past midnight. The shower was usable only as a rain shower. The heater take some time to warm up the room (and the cleaning lady switched it off even if I left it on at the minimum). There wasn't the "do not disturb" sign (to avoid the cleaning).

Très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Les réceptionnistes salma et Safae sont vraiment accueillantes, toujours souriantes et à l’écoute. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et bien varié. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

It served the purpose but the staff can do better with their attitude and advising customers.

The room was clean and spacious

Cons:

The shower was not working properly, the staff tried to rip us off cause we were not from Morocco by giving us a ridiculous amount for dropping us at the stadium for an AFCON match, while the public transportation was cheaper and better. The breakfast was inclusive and nice, the smoothies were great though. They should make food that is more inclusive for everyone and that is warm (they can even put a Microwave in the eating area).
