Room size good
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing and did not meet expectations.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the swimming facilities, but neither pool was actually available. The indoor swimming pool was closed, and the outdoor pool could not be used because it was occupied by children's swimming lessons. This was never made clear before our stay.
The air conditioning throughout the hotel was extremely poor and almost non-existent, which made our stay very uncomfortable, especially with temperatures reaching 41°C.
We also reported that the television in our room was not working and asked for it to be fixed, but our request was completely ignored.
The gym was another disappointment. The treadmill was out of order, and there was no air conditioning, making it unbearable to exercise in such extreme heat.
Breakfast was also below standard. Some of the hot food had an unpleasant smell, and the bakery items were clearly not fresh.
To make matters worse, the hotel also failed to process payment correctly from my Klarna card, creating unnecessary inconvenience and adding further frustration to an already disappointing stay.
The biggest issue, however, was the lack of effective management. There seemed to be little concern for guests' complaints or the condition of the facilities. Management needs to take responsibility, improve communication, and address these ongoing issues. In my opinion, the hotel would benefit from a change in management if it is to provide the standard of service that guests expect.
Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the facilities and service we paid for. Poor maintenance, inadequate communication, payment issues, and a lack of responsiveness made this a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel based on our stay.

The hotel is excellent, and the gym is great. But the main reason I keep coming back is the reception team, especially Safae and Hajar. They are incredibly kind, always smiling, and always ready to help. They have made every stay enjoyable, and over time they have become my friends. I will definitely keep coming back because of them. Thank you for your amazing hospitality
On the other hand, I think the male gym staff could improve the way they interact with guests. Also, the air conditioning in the reception area was not working, which made the lobby uncomfortable. I hope these issues will be addressed because the hotel has great potential.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the professional and kind staff, and the activities available at the hotel, such as the hammam and the sports facilities, especially the football pitch and the swimming pool. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff members for their hospitality, especially Salma, Nouhaila, and Safae, as well as the restaurant team, Mounia and Meriem
