Lovely, relaxing time in a beautiful remote island!
Pros:

This was our third stay at an Onko Chishin hotel (Matsuyama and Hakuba were our others) and it was just as lovely. Rooms were spectacular, staff great and the food excellent. Somehow I must have booked a special meal plan which, we thought, was too much food. I know, not a normal comment, but non-the-less, we thought it a bit too much.

Cons:

Everything was great. Wouldn't change a thing.

のんびりできました。
Pros:

部屋の窓からの景色が素晴らしかった。露天風呂が気持ちよかった。冷蔵庫内の飲み物が充実していた。

Cons:

私にとっては、食事の量が、朝食・夕食共に多すぎました。勿体ないと思いながらたくさん残してしまいました。そして、料理が違っていても味の傾向が似ていて飽きてしまいました。

Pros:

建物が綺麗、景色がいい。

Cons:

送迎がない点やカーシェアが使えると事前案内があったが実際行くと予約で埋まっていて利用できなかった。また、外国のスタッフが対応してコミュニケーションが取りづらかった。
食事も宿泊費の割に物足りなかった。

Nice hotel in wonderful setting, not sure about 5 stars though
Pros:

The room was gorgeous with an amazing sea view and the open air bath was very relaxing.
Location is ideal to visit the island , also as it’s only less than 15’ away from the airport.
Food is a delight and the staff is very professional and helpful.

Cons:

When I asked if the room was near an elevator as I don’t want to be bothered by noises of elevators, I was told they could change me for a premium. I don’t think that’s the right level of service for a hotel that pretends to be a 5 stars. Customer service should be prevalent but here money was.

Simply amazing!
Pros:

The hotel is out of this world! Sleek architecture and decoration, the infinity ocean view, the unbelievably good quality in breakfast & dinners, but most importantly the friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to Ryo-san, Asami-san & Syun-san, who have made our time even better!

Cons:

Not about the property but transport within island can be tricky, and reaching a beach is tricky. There is no pool in the hotel.
