Stay here all the time for the location, price, friendly staff & the food.
No issues.
Staff were friendly within the hotel. Good selection of drinks. Cosy room, good location.
Food was poor, steak was so over done could barely cut it when asked for rare. Told staff. They only took the steak so rest of food was cold. Another 15 minutes for a rare steak far too long. Chicken on burger was like rubber food was tasteless like it came from a microwave. Management weren't bothered at all and still not bothered.
Beds weren't the comfiest. Had kids banging on our wall during the evening then loads more banging about midnight
Excellent meals in the pub with good choice of beer and good prices
the wifi was tricky to connect due to passwords selections etc and could not use as a VPN connection. The battery charger did not work, but across the road was a fast MER place in a public car park.
Everything I needed, N9thing I didn't. . Warm, welcoming, pristine and easy free parking. Im already rebooked!

White Hart to stay in while visiting our grandchildren for some time and it's always been kept to a high level
The staff were lovely ! Friendly and welcoming. The room was good and the bed very comfortable. Excellent shower and good quality towels.
No elevator! Not easy getting suitcases up stairs and along a long corridor with several heavy fire doors. ( Yes, I know essential !) Will ask for ground floor next time !!

Although the property was on the main road, the accommodation was behind. No traffic noise.
