We shall definitely be using The White Hart Innkeepers Collection again, wherever they are.
Pros:

The staff are the very best; happy, friendly, knowledgeable and will go out of their way to accommodate any special requests; such as rooms being close together, if possible. The mid-day checkout is a bonus! Food is good and plentiful. Loved the Quiz Night!

Soundproofing is good. Although some of us were on the Ground Floor, we couldn't hear any noise from the Pub.

Cons:

There only thing one of our party didn't like was the light above the bed, which was rather low and he kept bumping his head on it!

It would be good to keep the morning coffee and juice table open until 11 am, instead of 10 am.

Great room, helpful staff and for us, a really good location to visit relatives.

Parfait pour une étape.
Pros:

Le chauffage par une nuit fraîche de mai ! Parking gratuit. Hôtel au calme. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Horaires de service : 21 h le soir et 7 le matin.

Cons:

Breakfast à l'assiette mais copieux. Pas de buffet pour les extras...

Hottest day of the year but my room was cool and an extra fan provided should I need. Always delightful staff and super food, booked again already for the Cribbage season!

Las habitaciones son nuevas, amplias y confortables. las camas muy comodas. Todo nuevo y cuidado.

Cons:

Aunque en el precio se incluia el desayuno, no nos explicaron muy bien que era lo que podiamos pedir y fue muy complicado conseguir que nos sirvieran leche caliente para el cafe

Lovely stop over on my way home to visit my mum.
Pros:

Lovely unique little hotel and pub, i love the original oak beams. This place is very unique and special. I much prefer these types of places than a copy and paste brand hotel. Staff were lovely, my pint was cold and my breakfast was hot.

Cons:

I did not dislike anything about my stay.

Pros:

Everything!! The staff were welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room.was clean and the food was incredible. The garden was calm and had enough tables and ashtrays so suited everyone. We slept amazingly well. We weren't affected by noise at all..we WILL be going back!!!

Cons:

There isn't anything I can say! We really can't find fault.
