Comfortable, spacious and reasonably priced
Pros:

Comfortable bed, spacious room, well located for Hook, beautifully quiet at night, very reasonable price for last minute get away.

Cons:

Noisy extractor fan, difficulty with the inappropriate behaviour of a staff member although the other staff members were really nice which helped considerably.

A friendly place still providing all the little touches such as tissues in room and a restaurant for well -priced food.

Pros:

Lovely place, the room & en-suite we’re all very clean and the beds were comfy. Can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have it (Pre-planned a breakfast meet up with friends elsewhere otherwise we would have). We’d definitely stay here again the future, thank you 😊.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. Fantastic breakfast. Good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked.
Room and bed were comfortable and very clean.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Cars were parked in electric charging area and were not electric cars. Unable to use charging facility

Very comfortable accommodation and friendly staff
Pros:

Large, comfortable and well furnished room. Bathroom well designed. Room very accessible.

Cons:

The room felt very cold when I arrived, but fortunately I was able to adjust the radiator to provide some heat. It would help if information on heating controls was provided. Also I found bed, though huge and very comfortable, lacked sufficient bedclothes. The duvet was rather thin with a low tog rating. and the bedclothes were tucked in so tightly that they couldn't be tucked around the body. There was no option of adding a blanket or additional bedcover.
Fortunately I had brought a water bottle and was able to use my coat as an extra cover. Also noted that the heated towel rail in the bathroom was turned off and there was no obvious way to turn it on. There is a sign saying that a shower mat is available on request, but no indication as to how to request it. However the room itself is lovely and I will happily stay here again.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious clean and warm. Comfortable bed and good breakfast .Nice atmosphere in bar in evening to sit and relax. Would definitly stay here again.

Always come back to White Hart as we know what to expect
Pros:

The rooms are clean, comfortable bed, tea and coffee in the room, towels changed and friendly staff.

Cons:

Little light in the room and our bathroom mirror light wasn’t working.
