Hotel staffs are friendly and they do what they can do best! They helped me to organise tours and recommended what I should do in Fes. Good location, nice breakfast. I had great time in this riad!
Nothing
Beautiful building, beautiful room upstairs good size for the family. It was a little dusty here and there, but hey it is a very old building that has been remodeled. It was quiet but you can hear the call of the prayer at night and at 4am in the morning which is a great experience but can be hard for the light sleepers. The breakfast was amazing! Our hosts were so nice, even washed our clothes for us. We recommend and would come back.
The toilet was a little loose and you couldn’t hang the shower, you had to take it with your hand. We also didn’t like to be taken to a restaurant when we didn’t ask for, but we found out it is the Morrocan way.
Riad is amazing. Strong WiFi.
Breakfast and dinner are delicious.
The staff is so friendly!
I wish them good luck!
The guy at the reception is very nice and kind, he was always very attentive and Walked us to an ATM since we needed cash. The room we stayed at was very beautiful, it has a big bathroom which is something I appreciated a lot in Morocco. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I only have positive words regarding our stay here, thanks for everything!
All I can say about this place is positive, no complaints.
Riad Dar Jeanne is a hidden gem in the heart of Fez’s Medina, offering an authentic and warm Moroccan stay. Guests consistently praise the exceptional hospitality—staff like Mustafa and Salk go above and beyond, from arranging tours to escorting guests through the Medina’s maze-like alleys 45. The breakfast is a standout, featuring fresh pastries, Moroccan specialties, and dietary-friendly options, often served in a charming courtyard setting 4.
It is a beautiful riad in the heart of the medina. It is quite a step away from the the Jemaa el Fna

It was a great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are very big and amazingly decorated.Delicious and yummy breakfast.
We booked this Riad last minute because we were victim of scammer riad Dar Elinor. When we reached there the arrogant staff lady kept us waiting and lastly said we are fully booked and trying to move us to the cheap Riad. After talking with booking.com we got refund and booked this Riad.
The location is perfect, just 5 min walk to the best parking lot and Medina.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel at home in their riad. From collecting us from our taxi, mint tea and snacks on our arrival and throughout our stay, to showing us the way to find the main parts of the medina, a sensational breakfast, and much more. We'd highly recommend a stay here.
Like all riads we've stayed in, sound travels a lot. As guests were able to eat dinner in the riad until late, we could hear a lot of noise from them.
Unfortunately we were unable to stay there as they had double booked our room, hence the neutral review.
The staff double booked our room and moved us to another hotel with no explanation or communication. They then wanted us to move after the first night back to the original hotel. The replacement hotel was fine but the treatment was poor.
Beautiful interior to the riad. Staff were excellent - came to fetch us as we couldn’t find the riad, welcoming, attentive and polite. Breakfast was presented with care and thought.
Bathroom was a bit small but that’s the nature of staying in riads rather than modern hotels.
The staff were incredible. They were so friendly and so helpful. The Riad was gorgeous and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend!
I stayed there for 3 nights, and it was one of my life's most memorable experiences. Salk isn't just a host – he's a genuinely warm soul who welcomes you like family. This was beyond what I expected, On my last day, I had to leave for the airport at 4 AM, Salk and his team arranged a reliable taxi, printed my tickets (which was necessary for boarding), and despite the early hour, they accompanied me to the taxi station, and they even packed us a breakfast to take away.
the house is a hidden gem in Fes, a beautiful riad with amazing food and a terrace with an amazing view,
Thank you for everything
Very good location, close to all amenities and a large paid parking lot. Mr. Said and Mr. Salk, as well as the lady in the kitchen, were excellent. The staff is professional and welcoming; they greeted us with Moroccan tea. Nothing to say about cleanliness. I highly recommend it.
Very nice owner. I arrived very late at night and he still picked me up
Decent breakfast
Good location, in the old town and very close to the local bus station (gare routiere)
May not be so easy to find the location for the first time. The location on booking is not so accurate
Beautiful riad in the medina of Fes, everything good and the boys working there are all very friendly and helpful. I called them to ask if they could help me get to the riad from the blue gate, since traveling alone and reaching places in the Medina can be challenging combined with big bags, and he came to pick me up there which was really helpful. The breakfast is good.
The only thing that could make the stay better was a showerhead-holder. Now you can just take a howler by holding the showerhead above yourself.
Friendly staffs. We had to leave early and they prepare a breakfast for us. Also, they showed us some parts of medina
The shower was not good
