It's fine
Pros:

Free cookie was a nice touch, bed was comfortable enough

Cons:

Very expensive for the standard, as it felt less like a Hilton, and more like a holiday inn. Was not worth the cost, the staff were borderline non existent, the additional cost was not reflected in the service.

Super location, lovely hotel, great breakfast.
Pros:

A short walk from the train station, the reception team were super friendly at gone midnight when we finally arrived! Room was clean and comfy with everything we needed for a short stay.
Breakfast was a selection of anything and everything you could possibly want, very nice and tasty, with great quality ingredients too.

Cons:

The super late arrival meant we missed out on our cookie, but that was totally fine!
Some missed toothpaste marks in the bathroom, but the rest was spotless.

Pros:

Reception team were great, they allocated me a room close to the main lifts, I requested to be moved and they did so without hesitation and recomended a nice quiet room

Cons:

Food in the rstaurant was okay, albeit the restaurant was a Marco Pierre White restaurant and therefore not at the expected standard, I had a Grilled Chicken Ceasar salad and it was average. Croutons were ice cold and straight from the fridge therefore uneadable the anchovies were missing and the Chicken looked like it had be sliced with a chainsaw.

Enjoyable stay. Loved the atmosphere and music in The Lexington.
Pros:

Music played in The Lexington and excellent breakfast and service from staff

Cons:

Pimms wasn’t served with mint, cucumber or strawberries and I wouldn’t have had it if I’d known that in advance but I fully appreciate this is very minor and I would still rate the hotel and service highly. Miguel the bartender was excellent and very welcoming. Checkin was longwinded and difficult when we were holding heavy bags (why aren’t the luggage trolleys in the lobby rather than entrance so we could’ve rested them on them)? We couldn’t get out our glasses due to holding heavy bags so couldn’t see the IPad screen?

Pros:

Staff were very friendly

Cons:

That the room didn't include breakfast when our friends also booked the same room at same price and theirs was included .

Poor, do not recommend.
Pros:

Ok, but that’s all. Very disappointed with the noise, location not as described and very difficult for a disabled person.

Cons:

Have to walk a long way to get to entrance. An event going on with loads people smoking and making a noise on street. Rooms mediocre and poor value for money. Parking not as described, no disabled spaces as these were used by people with no disabilities. Would not recommend. Feel conned
