Room was very nice, bar was great, staff were great

Cons:

The only disappointment was the Marco Pierre White restaurant, I know the hotel was very busy because of a football match that I was attending but I expected better, they had run out of most steaks and we were told the wait was an hour, which it was, the restaurant didn’t look that busy and a steak literally takes a few minutes to cook, not good at all

The hotel and staff where spot on the downside is the parking facilities which should be free for guests

The parking is behind the hotel, there is no way to bring luggage from car to hotel without walking halfway round the outside of the hotel, i had a lot of luggage and had to carry it round, older people would have found this impossible. really bad set up.I personally wouldn't stay again although staff were friendly.Food was expensive and average for whats meant to be a marco pierre white place.

Pros:

From the moment I arrived the check in staff were pliote and the all went well moved up to room where it was lovely room bed was comfortable and having a drink on roof bar

Cons:

Would of liked the shower to been warmer water was on cold side even after running for a bit
