Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen
Pros:

Es war alles einfach wunderbar. Das Personal macht alles, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Abendessen ist mehr als fantastisch.

Cons:

Was schön wäre, wenn es noch einen kleinen Wellnessbereich geben würde- evtl Sauna oder auch ein Angebot zur Massage.

הנוף שנשקף מהחדר, מהטרסה שבה אוכלים ארוחת בוקר.
הכל מצוחצח ונקי ברמה גבוהה מאד

Enjoyed my stay a lot anyway.
Pros:

Location, interiors and rooms were exceptional. The view from the breakfast lounge stunning.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet had no alternatives to dairies. Not for milk, butter or pastries. I asked two members of staff and one didn’t even understand the question.

Fantastic location with very friendly staff.
Pros:

An amazing and unique view from the room. A unique and nicely furnished suite. An excellent breakfast and a splendid restaurant. The location is unique and attractive. You can see almost the whole of Lago Iseo from room 14.

Cons:

Swimming pool is not suited for small children. It is 150 cm deep across the whole pool.

Pros:

The service and attention by the entire team were exceptional. The hotel surroundings are tranquil and relaxing. The food and service in the restaurant are excellent and very personal. Perfect spot prior to flying back home to the US.
The hotel is well run and feels like family.
