It is dirty and scam resort. The staff is very rude. Please book somewhere else

Nothing to like in this resort. The room was very dirty, and the staff were not welcoming and rude.

Cons:

Dirty bedsheets and pillowcases were provided, and the toilet and basin were broken. I arrived very late at night from the airport, so I was tired and did not check the room properly before going to sleep.

In the morning, the breakfast was very dirty and limited.

In the morning, I noticed stains on the bedsheets and pillowcases. I reported this to the staff, but they denied the issue and refused to assist. They also threatened to blacklist me if I left a review.

Just a warning for everyone — please be careful.

There is nothing here. Very disappointing.

Cons:

I stayed at Bali Sandy Resort for three nights. After check-in, I was informed that the swimming pool was under construction and could not be used. I was looking forward to using the pool, so this was very disappointing. There was also construction noise, which made it difficult to relax during the stay. There was no information about the pool construction at the time of booking.

In addition, there was a power outage at night that lasted for several tens of minutes, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable during my stay.

I contacted Booking.com about this issue. Eventually, two nights were refunded. However, the response from the hotel front desk was very unpleasant. I had paid by credit card and asked for the refund to be processed back to my card, but they said they could only refund in cash (Indonesian rupiah) and told me to exchange it to Japanese yen by myself if needed.

There was no discount offered for the construction noise and no apology for the inconvenience.

I am from Japan, and Japanese people usually do not complain publicly very often. However, this experience was very disappointing, and I hope other travelers will not have the same experience.

The location is convenient, but I believe the hotel needs to improve its communication about facility availability and its response to guests. I hope the management will review this situation and improve their service for future guests.
