Майже все сподобалось!
Сервіс готелю - неймовірний! Люди водночас і привітні, і культурні, і ввічливі і щирі, і прості, без пафосу, - все чудово! І це стосується до всього персоналу готелю.

Окремо сподобався сервіс під час відвідування СПА. Надзвичайно круто було! Нас з дружиною «попарили» так, що хочемо ще!

Ресторан. Меню дуже цікаве, і зручне! страви надзвичайно смачні, обʼємні і відповідають заявленій вартості. Офіціанти привітні, приємні і дуже швидкі!


Можливо в нас були завищені очікування від номеру «люкс», тому трішки розчарував вигляд з вікна у номері 212 і ремонт в цьому, але.. але персонал готелю настільки чудовий, що пункт «не сподобалося» залишу пустим😉
