За свої кошти гарний варіант. Є мінуси, але я бронюю тут вже вдруге.
Pros:

Гарне розташування. Поряд ТЦ Гулівер, метро. Гарне ліжко, кондиціонер і можна повністю закрити вікна. Є балкон з невеличким столиком, кухня.

Cons:

Квартира потребує ремонту, в коридорі вже розбите дзеркало висить якось невпевнено. Квартира на 7 поверсі, але ліфт не працює.

Дуже зручне місцерозташування та гарні умови. Все чистенько та охайно. Гарний вид на Київ. Також хотілося б відмітити дуже клієнтоорієнтовних та розуміючих адміністраторів - дбають про комфорт гостей. Все чудово .
