Pros:

The location of the hotel is amazing! Close to the market square, Opera house and it’s also close to a grocery store.
The room was clean, quiet and had everything you might need (fridge, TV, AC, shower gel and soap, etc)
The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Great location, but cleanliness needs improvement
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent—right in the city center, just a 2-minute walk to the Opera House. The hotel itself is styled like an old-fashioned antique building, almost like a museum, which gives it a unique charm.

Cons:

Only downside was that the rooms were not very clean. Be mindful of this when booking.

Niestety, miałyśmy w pokoju okno, za którym znajdowała się restauracja. Po jego otwarciu praktycznie od razu byliśmy "na widoku" osób siedzących w restauracji, dlatego przez cały pobyt musieliśmy mieć zamknięte okno.

Pros:

У ванній кімнаті, в душовій, є грибок. Нас поселили на першому поверсі, у кімнаті без кондиціонера, при цьому в приміщенні відчувався сильний запах сирості.

Інтернет працює дуже погано, швидкість низька. Із плюсів можу відзначити лише зручне розташування.

При цьому, незважаючи на такі умови проживання, додатково запросили 500 гривень за ніч за міні-йорка.

На жаль, не рекомендую це місце для проживання.

Pros:

Чудова локація зовсім недалеко від центру, але ввечері за рахунок розташування у дворі тихо та комфортно. Привітний персонал та чисті номери. Душові набори на всі дні використання.

Cons:

У рахунку фактурі неправильно вказали дати перебування, тому довелося просити переробити і відправити новою поштою новий рахунок. Але все виправили. Дякую!
