Pros:

Гарний дизайн та якість меблів у номерах та оздоблення

Cons:

Сніданки були з не великим вибором страв + деяких не було вже в наявності, а персонал поповнив їх лише після того як я попросив їх про це

Усе супер. Готель чистий, стильний та тихий. Гарний сніданок, привітний персонал. Гарне розташування.

Cons:

Із засобів гігієни не вистачало одноразового тюбика зубної пасти та хоча б декілька вушних паличок. Оскільки у номері не було чайника(що не є проблемою), то хотілося б мати трохи ширший асортимент гарячих напоїв на ресепшені.

Cons:

I told at the reception when signing out that I used mini bar, and paid for what’s used, however, I was still asked to wait for them to go and check. Upon return, I was told that I had to pay for pillows for my previous stay and the current stay, as the stains from hair die can not be cleaned from the pillow! I heard this kind of thing for the first time in my life. I paid because some 10 dollars were not worthy of my nerves. Overall very humiliating experience…
