Дуже брудна підлога в номері, холодно та гуляє по номеру холодне повітря. Немає стола, мінімально необхідної побутової техніки, не працює злив води у душовій кімнаті та злив бачка, тече постійно вода. Нуль звукоізоляції та окремі особи персонала готелю не володіють навичками культурного спілкування. До вас просто можуть зайти і вибачатися що помилились, не володіючи інформацією про заселення людини. Настрій зіпсований..

В номері було дуже холодно спати потрібно було в одязі, і під 2 ковдрами , вода холодна душ прийняти було неможливо .
