Wir war trotz kleiner Mängel zufrieden!
Pros:

Frühstück absolut in Ordnung. Nur: es gibt eine Minute vom Hotel entfernt eine Bäckerei, bei der wohl weniger trockene Aufbackgipfeli erhältlich wären

Cons:

dass der Schalter beim Bett defekt und einfach mit einem Klebeband abgedeckt wurde, ist nicht sehr professionell und würde wohl bei einer Kontrolle beanstandet (noch ein zweiter Schalter war defekt)

Bon rapport qualité prix, bien situé dans la ville.
Pros:

Idéalement situé pour mes besoins professionnels. Grand chambre confortable, propre, excellent rapport qualité-prix, petit-déjeuner varié très bon, personnel disponible et très aimable. L'hôtel est situé non loin de centre ville et d'un supermarché (5 minutes à pied).

Cons:

Insonorisation moyenne avec les chambres voisines, dormir avec des bouchons d'oreille est nécessaire dans mon cas.

Hotel gut aber sehr anonym, ohne Betreuung vor Ort. Online Check-in Verfahren funktioniert nicht!
Pros:

Saubere Zimmer, gute Frühstück, schöne Räumlichkeiten.

Cons:

Das Check-in ist miserabel. Keine Person vor Ort. Falscher Pin für die Keybox erhalten. Nicht funktionierende Notfalltelefonnummer auf Mail. Ich musste mir eine funktionierende Telefonnummer suchen, bis ich dann endlich eine zuständig Person am Telefon hatte, welche mir einen funktionierenden Pin geben konnte.
Bei der Abreise selbes Thema: Keine Verantwortliche Person vor Ort. Ich habe keine Abrechnung gekriegt und musst dafür wieder zum Telefon greifen. Eine unfreundliche Person hat mir dann geantwortet, dass ich die dann schon per Mail kriegen würde, ich müsse etwas Geduld haben! Bis jetzt habe ich nichts gekriegt!

Man darf echt nicht viel erwarten. Frühstück eher Minimum. Als ich eine Rechnung für das Geschäft wollte, an der Rezeption, hiess es Sie könne keine Rechnung ausstellen. Obwohl ich dies schon vorgängig angemeldet hatte. Jetzt muss ich dies irgendwie auch noch erhalten. Preis Leistung habe ich echt schon einiges besseres erhalten.
