Cons:

チェックイン時のスタッフ対応がホテル接客にしてはレベルが低く感じられた(声が小さく聞き取りづらい、画面に向かって喋り続けている、直接対応していないスタッフの待機姿勢、笑顔などの表情)。
部屋のシャワーの湯量が少なく髪を洗うのに時間がかかった。

まぁ良かった
Cons:

何度も利用しているレストランです。今回は８割程度の混雑具合ですが、コース料理で出し忘れがありました。最後の紅茶コーヒーが先に出てきてしまい指摘されるまでデザートが出てこなかった。それからコース料理の滞在時間は全体として２時間程度なので普通でしたが、料理と料理の間の待ち時間が長～い時があった。フロアマネジメントを精進しましょう。

Pros:

駐車場から直結だったこと、大浴場（一応温泉）があったこと。遅い時間にチェックインしたので氷と電子レンジが助かった。

Cons:

遅い時間にチェックインとなり23時頃に大浴場に行きましたが洗い場が3つしかなくて待ちました。たまたま重なっただけなのかもしれませんが、テレビの画面で空き状況がわかるのを後で知ったので
、この後行かれる方は御参考に！

アメニティのなかで歯ブラシセットが部屋にありましたが、2日目も続けて使用したかった。今後、歯磨き粉のみ、フロントにご準備いただくことを再考してください。

It's a good hotel.
Pros:

The floor was very quiet and　a lovely atmosphere.The location is good, and the ground floor and restaurant have a reasonably upscale and comfortable atmosphere.

Cons:

There was a strange smell, possibly mold? I noticed it in the entrance, luggage area, coat rack area, and bathroom. I managed to get rid of it with an air freshener, though.
