Beliggenhet, nydelig havutsikt. God mat. Hyggelig og hjelpsom personell. Pene og rene rom.

Cons:

Oppgraderte rom med terrasse, følte oss litt snytt da dette var bare en smal gang til felles terrasse. Ingen møbler, kun en stripe der folk gikk forbi. Mye støy fra snekkere som jobbet 3 meter unna med kappsag. Dette betalte vi ca 1500 ekstra for, istedet for balkong med to stoler og bord med havutsikt. Dessverre ingen gode bilder på hjemmesidene angående valg av rom. Da vi skulle spise hamburgere ble vi glemt, selv om lokalet nesten var tomt. Ventet over en time på to hamburgere. Ta med deg nok penger hvis du skal spise i restauranten. Middag: god mat, men små porsjoner veldig dyrt. Lunsj for 3 personer: ca 1900 kr uten alkohol. Her er det riktig nok buffet og kan spise så mye du vil. Men du skal spise myyye for at det skal lønne seg.

As always, just as expected. Very good!

Cons:

We paid for a room with a balcony, but got a room with an open walk-way on the ground floor, without table and/or chairs. Dissapointing!

Friendly enough but massively overpriced.
Pros:

The staff are friendly but clearly not briefed / trained / managed effectively. The building is beautiful but feeling pretty tired. They are making efforts but it doesn’t seem like there is a cohesive plan with the investment behind it to back it. More so it is closer to a lot of well intentioned ideas but missing the funds / vision to execute.

Cons:

It was £300 per night for a room where the French doors would not open because they were blocked by rubbish materials from the ongoing renovation. There were workman literally outside our door so we had to have the curtains closed at all times. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 17:00. The ceiling in the corridor had people working on it with multiple wires and fixtures hanging down. The lock on the room didn’t work so we had to move next door. There were no towels in that room. So I had to go and get them from the original room. Again no problem except for the £300 per night price bracket.

Unkept grounds outside our room, overgrown with weeds. I attach a comedy photo of a fire escape that sums it all up, so overgrown outside that it is coming in.

Again I don’t begrudge a renovation but when charging so much per night for a totally basic room and a not fully operational hotel, it is unacceptable. If they were charging fees that reflected what was going on it would be totally different.

Likte den flotte beliggenheten, stranda er helt ypperlig for oss som har med barn

Cons:

Jeg hadde med en gutt på 5 år...og det var lite utvalg i barnemenyen... Barn i dag vil gjerne ha pizza eller en burger.

Bra beliggenhet, behagelig atmosfære, kommer tilbake når spaet og bassenget har åpnet igjen

Cons:

Savnet kjøleskap på rommet
Hadde ikke fått med oss at spaet inne og bassengene var stengt for oppussing.
Ble skuffet fordi det var derfor vi bestilte rom der i pinsen. Det burde vært sendt ut tydeligere informasjon om dette i forkant.

Pros:

Veldig god mat!

Cons:

En stor nedtur at bassenget var stengt. To små boblebad på plenen rett foran ute-baren blir liksom ikke helt det samme. Velkomst-mailen fra Støtvig fortalte ikke noe om dette.
