A touch of luxury in a wonderful alpine setting
Pros:

Next to the pistes, Pfeldererhof has a well equipped wellness area and a pool to relax in after a day of skiing. Also: the dinner menu offers a nice high-end alternative to the otherwise tasty, but rustic food places in Pfelders. Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Ottimo relax
Pros:

Innanzitutto staff spettacolare, molto simpatici e alla mano, l hotel è abbastanza moderno, molto pulito.
La piscina è più piccola di quello che si vede in foto ma nel contempo bella, zona wellness completa di tutto.

Cons:

Prezzi esagerati del bar, tranne che x la birra e nella ns bagno nn vi erano gli appendi accappatoi.

Cons:

Schriftliche Benachrichtigungen und mails nur in italienischer Sprache, auch von Booking com.
dazu der Hinweis : das Land ist Italien, von der südtiroler Autonomie keine Rede.

La nostra camera 107 con idromassaggio e sauna era molto bella e confortevole. La posizione direttamente sulla pista da sci.

Schönes Zimmer, Frühstück, Jause am Nachmittag

Cons:

Um nach Pfelders zu kommen braucht man einen Code für die Schranke - in diesen Telefonat wurden wir bereits patzig darauf hingewiesen, dass der Check-In erst um 14:00 Uhr ist. Im Hotel angekommen war es laut Rezeptionist nicht möglich, den Schwimmbereich zu nutzen (obwohl dies explizit so auf der Website angegeben wurde). Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und gehetzt - obwohl niemand sonst da war. Das Wasser im Pool war dann ohnehin zu kalt, um darin zu schwimmen. Der private Pool, den wir gebucht hatten war angenehm, schaltete sich gegen 19:00 Uhr jedoch automatisch aus und heizte erst am nächsten Morgen wieder. Das Abendessen war enttäuschend: Die „Hirtenmakkaroni“ waren alles außer Hirtenmakkaroni, die Hauptspeise war nur panierter Käse mit Vogelsalat (dieser war beinahe bei jedem Gang die Beilage). Suppe und Nachspeise waren wiederum in Ordnung. Zusammenfassend leider ein schlechter Aufenthalt in Anbetracht des Preises.

Posizione ottima, molto pulito e personale disponibile e cordiale

Cons:

C’erano bambini che giravano per l’hotel liberamente e nella zona spa facevano tuffi in piscina, ci è dispiaciuto molto disturbavano tutti. Bisognerebbe mettere più regole, noi ogni anno ci facciamo un weekend in montagna per trovare pace e relax. Nella zona piscina c’erano solo loro perché nessuno voleva andare lì con bambini urlanti e la piscina occupata da tuffi
