Pros:

Please check with the owner before accepting bookings on Booking.com. If the property is unavailable, it should not be listed for reservation!

My booking had a 2 PM check-in, but it was cancelled at 5 PM when the customer was arriving at 5:30 PM. How is this acceptable?

The cancellation was sent by email instead of a phone call. What is the point of providing my contact number if no one calls to inform me of such an urgent issue? Who checks their email every hour?

This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Please improve your booking management and communication to prevent this from happening again.

Pros:

I really love that they have a lift for us to make it easy to carry heavy luggage to our room. The room was clean and the condiments at the lobby were good. Anyway i feel comfortable in the room

Cons:

On the night of merdeka day we were having some trouble with our access card which we couldn't open our room and we were really tired at that time. Just hoping that this does not happen to other guests however the staff on the night shift did well to help us open our room and repair the censor on the room.
