Pros:

The front staff are helpful in assisting my late night check in. The room size are just nice. Not too big and not too small that can cause claustrophobic effect. Close proximity to bars and cafes for a quick walk to grab a glass.

Cons:

There were no housekeeping. The rooms were same as when I left in them in the morning and come back at night after my activities outside for the day. Had to reuse the same towel back as I'm too tired already to come down the stairs and look for the staff for a new towel. There were no staff at the counter for checkout although it's 12pm already. Had to walk around and make noise to get the attention for the staff to walk out from a room looking like he's just woke up, but despite this the check out was done in a dazed.

Disappointing
Cons:

No lift ... had to climb steps to get to the room.
This is not indicated when booking was done.
Not suitable for old people or persons with problems walking/climbing stairs
