Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet. Szép, ízléses szálloda. Jó elhelyezkedés. Finom, friss reggeli.

Cons:

A szobában nem volt két párhuzamos fal. Nagyon kevés volt a szappan 2 főnek, ennyi időre. A wellness nagyon kicsi.
A parkolóhelyek nem elegendőek.

Csoda helyszín, tökéletes elhelyezkedés, kellemes hangulatú hotel.

Cons:

A reggeli abszolút nem volt bőséges, gyorsan kifogytak az ételek, nem pótolták.
A wellness nagyon felszereltségű.
Az ágy nagyon puha. Hangosan zúg a szellőzetető.

We loved our stay at Botrytis and would recommend to others visiting Mád and the Tokaj region.
Pros:

Very good location, big-sized rooms, and very accommodating staff. Breakfast was good and the amenities (sauna, jacuzzi, game rooms) were nice additions.

Cons:

Only the toilet seat in our room was a bit broken and stained. Other than that, everything else was great.

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. A reggeli nagyon finom! A szobák nagyon tiszták voltak, kénylemes az ágy! Biztos, hogy vissza fogunk menni! 💚

Cons:

Egyetlen egy kis negatív "kritika" ami igazából személy függő, hogy nem bírom este a meleget. A szobákban nagyon meleg volt nem igazán tudtunk aludni. De ez orvosolható kia probléma. Összességében minden tökéletes volt ❤️

Pros:

A személyzet kedves volt. Tiszta szobák kényelmes ágyak.

Cons:

A reggeli nem volt változatos, se nem sokféle.
Nem volt jakuzzi, épp javítás alatt volt

Pros:

Az elhelyezkedés jó volt, a szoba nagyon kényelmes-tágas, a játszószoba gyerekeknek/felnőtteknek fantasztikus volt. A reggeli egyszerű, de ízletes, folyamatosan feltöltött. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész.
A hotel pici, és emiatt nincs tömeg, családias a hangulat, nekünk nagyon tetszett, hogy nyugalom és csend volt a hosszú hétvége ellenére is.

Cons:

A jacuzzi nem működött, erről tájékoztatást nem kaptunk.
Sajnos medence nincsen, és gyerekekkel a jacuzzit tudtuk volna használni, a szaunát nem.
A saját étterem is hiányzott.
A parkolóhely kevés
