Pros:

Stay 2 nights I specting daily clean fresh toiletries replace.need to be ask the staff run out toilet paper Service water only first day stay next day none service.toilet is blocked doesn’t flush strait away.

If you employed a consultant to visit these locations you would find that they do not conform to yours or there specifications. Items not there which are stated, the room not as stated, Not even a hanger or a hook to hang clothes no storage shower not working toilet flush not working. Too much wrong would take it off your list

we so disappointed of what we are expecting!
Pros:

we are expecting that RED DOORZ is a great place to stay like what we had experienced in Lipa Batangas. the staff is not courteous in RED DOORZ STA CRUZ they charged us extra bed for 500 withOUT any issuance of receipts. the towels are so old as in like the the bathroom rags. Our reservations is not the room that was given to us because we are late according to the receptionist so they gave it to the walk in customers. sooo bad for us. our experience in RED DOORZ STA CRUZ IS VERY DISGUSTING!!!! very poor service!!!!

its very dark. there’s no light going up the stairs. the CR is not good
