Pros:

Локалізація супер зручна. Вид з вікна чудовий.

Cons:

Готель досить старий. Буквально все дуже старе і не дуже чисте. В номері немає чайніка. Але ми знали що вибирали і на 2 ночі було нормально.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon tetszett, szép környezetben közvetlen a tengerparton, a közelben a tömegközlekedési eszközök megállóival. Közel a belváros gyalogosan is és a közvetlen közelében tele éttermekkel, étkezési lehetőségekkel (pékség, élelmiszerbolt is).

Cons:

Papírvékony falak, hajnal háromkor még mindig hallottam a szomszédok beszélgetését a falon keresztül, de ami ennél jobban nem tetszett a takarítónő lekezelő viselkedése ( este halkan, szinte suttogva beszélgettem kint a recepciónál a telefonomon és tulajdonképpen bezavart a szobámba hogy itt nem ülhetek), az sem tetszett, hogy többször szóltunk a wc papír miatt mivel egyáltalán nem volt a szállásunkon, végül nagy nehezen másnap délutánra sikerült betennie egy tekercs wc papírt.Nem igazán a wc papír hiánya, hanem ebben az esetben is a hozzáállás nem tetszett. A szobára,sőt az egész épületre ráférne egy renoválás, de nyilván azért került ennyiben a szállás. Elvileg este 10-kor zár a recepció, ahhoz képest este 8 előtt már mindkét oldal bejárati ajtaját bezárták és elmentek. Reggeli egyáltalán nincs a szálláson felár ellenében sem, bár ez nem zavart mert a szomszéd pékségben brutál finom, frissen készült szendvicseket ettünk.

Hôtel bien placé
Pros:

Cet hôtel est idéalement placé à quelques pas de la promenade des anglais et de la plage, à 2 pas du tram et 15 minutes à pied du vieux Nice. Nous avions la chambre avec vue sur mer. Top ! Le parking dans l'arrière cour est également bien pratique.

Cons:

C'est un établissement désuet avec un côté vintage : décoration, isolation etc...
Mais il a largement fait le job pour un week-end à Nice.
