Convenient. Staff friendly.
Pros:

Sea view, convenient, close to bus, tram stops, staff very helpful. Thank you
Short distance from airport.

Cons:

At times a little noisy, room floor not very clean, bird poo just inside the french doors, cobwebs.
A kettle, cups, spoons would have been welcomed ( bottle of water )

Pros:

Die Lage ist natürlich hervorragend, wie auch das Personal. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist mit Blumen bepflanzt und das Hotel hat einen Chatme wie aus früherer Zeit. Die Beschreibung war korrekt und es war klar, dass die Ausstattung älter ist.
Toll durfte ich mein Gepäck vor der Weiterreise aufbewahren.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Fantastic location close to the beach. The staff let me store my luggage at the hotel for the day. I really enjoyed visiting Nice. Thank you for a great stay!

Cons:

As mentioned in previous reviews, depending on which room you are given, the toilet may be across the corridor to the room. This was fine for one night but may be inconvenient for longer stays.

Tout était bon
Pros:

L’emplacement est excellent. Le personnel est très serviable et aimable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et le Wi-Fi fonctionne bien.

Cons:

Si l’on veut vraiment être très exigeant, il serait bien de nettoyer le lustre car il y avait pas mal de poussière. L’intérieur est aussi un peu vieillissant et certains éléments pourraient être remplacés. L’isolation sonore est assez faible. Dans l’équipement de la chambre, un petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire nous ont manqué.
Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Merci beaucoup.

Cons:

Für 2* ist alles gut gewesen, wenn Sie ein bisschen renovieren und zum frühstücken ein bisschen mehr bieten können sie noch ein zusätzliches Stern 🌟 haben.
Unbedingt Decke welche ist auf dem Bett neue kaufen zum sauber aussehen

Un hotel fantástico
Cons:

El hotel está en un sitio impresionante, en frente de la playa y del paseo. La entrada es súper bonita y edificio muy histórico. Mi habitación tuve la vista al mar y era increíble. Personal súper simpático u muy educado, hablan español también. Me encantó mi estancia. Repetiré más veces.

Pros:

Location. Staffs wonderful and helpful. If you're aiming for location then its good for your $ all walkable and bus at front.
