Pros:

This was one of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. The service, food, accommodations, and overall experience were all top-notch. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would happily give this resort a well-deserved 5-star rating. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The hotel staff were very cooperative and responsive. Closer to Dottabetta and peaceful locality.

Cons:

The views from the room/balcony is not as shown in the pictures. Building was blocking the view. There is a problem of monkeys around the property.

the breakfast is not good at all. they didn't bother to provide good breakfast, especially for non-south indian tourists. overall it's not value for money. and the hotel lacks proper guest service.

The manager asked me to cancel the booking and payment directly

Not a 3 star property
Pros:

The monkeys that came by the balcony to greet me in the morning. The taxi drivers that were onsite.

Cons:

The overall cleanliness of my room. There was no mattress pad/protector on the bed and the pillows were filthy. I had to insist that they purchase a mattress protector and 4 pillows. They argued but they did it.
