Ruhige Lage mit schönem Garten
Zimmer mit Heizgerät ausgestattet, was bei 2240m Höhe absolut nötig ist
Gutes Essen mit grosser Auswahl für Nachtessen und Frühstück war täglich etwas anderes

Cons:

Schade, dass nicht mehr Innovation möglich ist wie z.B. Frühstück im Garten an der Sonne servieren statt im kalten Innern

Manager très accueillant et aux petits soins. Repas de qualité. Beau jardin devant l'hôtel. Grand lit. Le côté historique du bâtiment.

Cons:

Chambre petite et sans fenêtre extérieure. Le prix est élevé par rapport au confort de l'hôtel.

Menu was huge. Probably not necessary to be that big with only 4 rooms to rent.

Pros:

The only thing I liked was the tea on arrival. Nothing else is worth mentioning

Cons:

The room was small. No space to maneuver. With 2 people and luggage it was too crowded. Bathroom was a nightmare. The hot water only lasted for about minutes. The toilet didn't flush properly. The water refills at a trickle into the cistern making it a nightmare. We informed Nagarjun that we wanted breakfast early as we planned to check out at 8am. He agreed to accommodate our request however breakfast the next morning was terrible. The samba and idley was inedible. Coffee was like muddy water with no taste. Dosa was soaked in oil tasted awful. This place should not be on booking.com as it is false advertising. What you see on the advert and reality is vastly different. I will never recommend this place to anyone. No value for the price one pays. Nagarjun was rude and defensive when confronted about the challenges we experienced

Amazing stay, felt like home
Pros:

Small boutique style property with just 4 rooms. Location is excellent-close enough to town but not too close and so quiet stay in a beautiful location. Staff (especially Mr Nagarajan) is amazing. Food is made to order and they treat you well accommodating to custom needs.

Cons:

Guests can sometimes be noisy, one night was like that. Guests should know that this place is like home and late night noise (loud conversations even) can be uncomfortable to others

Pros:

The manager Nagarajan went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He booked sightseeing tours for us, arranged to get our laundry done, gave us local advice and helped us customise our food orders. Good breakfast and delicious evening meals...order an hour or so in advance as everything is cooked individually. The room was small but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden and great views over Ooty. I would recommend.

Decent stay with just 4 rooms. It’s more like a villa for yourself. If it’s a big family then you can use it and enjoy. Good view from the property. But locating desee sex
M sc u2 is a tricky part in Ooty (not only this property since it’s dcc cr hilly area, even google gets confused at times 😂). Food is decent (we had only morning but explored outside for dinner).

Fantastic
Pros:

Hotel and location are very aesthetic and tranquil.
It is a well maintaned building with a beautiful garden. Service was excellent and food was tasty.
