Pros:

Breakfast was good

Cons:

No ventilation for the room, no fan. outside light all through the night

The location, the property and food were amazing

Cons:

The bed covers along with area below the bed were not clean at all. Also, finger prints were quite evident in all the mirrors.

Friendly Staff, Cozy Stay!
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Made us feel at home immediately. 10/10 would stay here again!

Cons:

Service could have been quicker, I understand that Ooty is a place that people come to relax, but when requested certain things like food preparation could be quicker.
