Top Lage, gute Ausstattung

Die Lage war für uns als Familie perfekt, auch für Ausflüge ausserhalb von Oslo.
Als Familienzimmer hatten wir zwei  Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstüre, dies war für uns passend. Die Zimmer waren klein aber absolut in Ordnung.
Das Frühstück war gut, solange man genügend früh war. In der letzten Stunde wurde praktisch nichts frisches mehr am Buffet bereitgelegt.
Das Check-in und Ceck-out läuft unkompliziert am Terminal selbständig.
Fazit: Das Hotel ist bezüglich Preis/Leisting absolut in Ordnung.

Cons:

mässige Sauberkeit und Sicherheit

Sauberkeit könnte definitiv besser sein. Viel Staub auf  und unter den Möbeln, die Bettdecken müssten auch mal ausgetauscht werden. Auch die Sauberkeit in den Korridoren und im Treppenhaus war nicht immer gegeben.  Das Treppenhaus wurde mindestens 4 Tage nicht gereinigt. In der letzten Stunde des Frühstücks wurde praktisch nichts frisches mehr am Buffet bereitgelegt.
Da das Hotel keine eigentliche Reception hat, hat es auch immer wieder Personen im Hotel, die keine Gäste sind.
Fazit: Abzüge gibt es wegen der Sauberkeit und der Sicherheit.

Room adequate for single occupation, great location
Pros:

Great location and good value for money.
Self check in worked smoothly

Cons:

Broken bedside light fixture. Worn out light switch next to door. Shower floor spilled into bathroom. Floor did not flow into shower drain.
Bed not accessible from both sides.

Sentralt. Rent. Hjelp til å sjekke inn om man ikke får til self check in/check out.

Cons:

Vanskelig å sjekke inn på automatene ved inngangen. Hvis man har to fornavn, så må man skrive inn fornavn nr 2 og etternavn som selve etternavn. Dette fant jeg ut etter mange forsøk. Vindu inn mot åpen innendørs område slik at det ikke er mulig å få inn frisk luft

Bra lokasjon, dårlig lufting i rommene og dårlige personal

Bra Plassering i forhold til alt i Oslo

Cons:

Personalet lite til hjelp, for eksempel ikkje svarer når eg sende melding. Og når eg ringe få eg beskjed om å snakke med resepsjonen, men var aldri nokken der.
Dette gjaldt internett og ikkje fungerende air condition som gjor at det blei alt for varmt og dårlig luft i rommet.
