Keine Empfehlung für Niemand ist sein Geld in keinster Weise wert. Gut wäre wenn ausländische Investoren das mal aufkauf

Der Standort

Cons:

Ultra unhöfliches Personal, teilnahmslos zugleich. Das Zimmer würde ich nicht mal meinem Hund zumuten, Betten absoluter Horror Badezimmer die Hälfte kaputt . Eine Nacht zuvor in Gori in einem 4 Sterne Hotel übernachtet für den gleichen Preis und das war ein unterschied wie Tag und Nacht. Die sollten sich schämen sich hier Hotel zu nennen. Und ich kann das so beurteilen denn ich fliege für meinen Job um die ganze Welt. Und bei meiner Beurteilung habe ich schon 2 Augen zugedrückt.

Трудно выделить плюсы, так как отель не оправдал ожиданий по всем пунктам.

Cons:

- Расположение и инфраструктура: Отель крайне неудобно расположен. Он находится далеко и от города Поти, и от пляжа. На территории нет ни ресторана, ни кафе, а поблизости отсутствуют магазины, где можно было бы купить продукты или товары первой необходимости.

- Состояние номера: Всё очень старое, обстановка напоминает пионерские лагеря из 90-х.

- Спальные места: В номере с 2 раздельными кроватями одна была со сломанным основанием, из-за чего матрас проваливался. Сами матрасы старые, пружины впиваются в тело.

- Климат-контроль: Кондиционер грязный, внутри грибок. Жалюзи сломаны, приходится подпирать их бумагой, чтобы он хоть как-то дул.

- Двери и окна: Замок в номер работает через раз, постоянно возникают сложности с открытием. Окно снаружи настолько грязное, что через него ничего не видно.

- Ванная комната: Сантехника в ужасном состоянии: лейки не держатся, всё покрыто известковым налетом. Горячей воды не было, пришлось мыться холодной.

Keine Ausstattung (kein Kühlschrank (mini), keine Bettdecke, kein Stellplatz für Koffer, sehr kleines Zimmer für den Preis, die Fenster außen sehr schmutzig, generell was Sauberkeit betrifft läßt viel zum wünschen übrig.

Pros:

Great location, very friendly staff, everything was clean. We liked the size of the room, there was a sofa there and the table. Also the bathroom is big. We had a window with a nice view of the lake and trees. The birds were singing all the time. Very pleasant!

Cons:

The ceiling LED light was faintly glowing at night even when turned off.

Good value for the money. Could be better
Pros:

Comfortable bed, spacious room, nice view. The reception lady was very friendly and kind. The check in process was quick and I got the room despite arriving earlier

Cons:

The bathroom had some smell and the light bulb was twitching
Would be nice to add coffee/tea sachets with the water and kettle
A breakfast option would make it perfect since it's far from the center/markets

Pros:

Очень симпотичная и зеленая территория, по которой приятно гулять. Во дворе есть мангал. Персонал приветливый, отвечали на вопросы сразу еще в переписке до заселения. Есть чайник, можно на месте купить воду и кофе. Более-менее чисто)

Cons:

Номера не большие, нет кухни, где можно было бы приготовить себе еду
