On an evening the hotel is very quiet.
staff to get you drinks from the bar area f you ask for them, however the bar area appears closed at first glance.

External areas need some improvement
I loved the modern look, the AC, the cleanliness of the room, the private pool, the breakfast, and access to the beach.
The public pool was a bit dirty, possibly from sand from the beach. There was only one massage therapist so there wasn’t much availability for a massage. The bar was small and when I asked for a mojito which was on the menu, they did not have mint. The location is a bit far from pula so each uber I ordered costed around €35. Uber wasn’t available for the hotels location after 9pm so I had to walk quite a distance to get back to the hotel.
The hotel is comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good
The property does not fully match its description. Most notably, it is not truly beachfront — there is no direct beach access, nor any view of the sea from the property.
For a 4-star hotel, several expected amenities are noticeably absent: there is no in-room coffee machine, no gym, and even basic comforts come at an extra cost — pool towels are charged at €5, and bottled water in the room is not complimentary.
The stay was pleasant overall, but given the price point and the star rating, we expected a higher standard of value.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely throughout our stay. The hotel and rooms felt modern and well-finished, with the in-room bar always kept nicely restocked. The location was the standout feature—a quiet suburb just a short distance from some lovely beaches.
The room could have used a bit more furniture and decoration, and the price felt a touch high for what was included. Breakfast was good overall, though a few more savory options would have been welcome. That said, there was nothing significantly wrong with the hotel.

Präsidentensuite war sehr schön allerdings hätten wir mit irgendeinem Service gerechnet.
Spiegeleier waren beim Frühstück extra zu bezahlen. Pool nicht wirklich einladend. Überall Unkraut rund um den Pool...nicht wirklich gepflegt die Anlage. Ziemlich unpersönliches Hotel. Strandliegen sind extra zu bezahlen.
Gibt keinerlei Möglichkeiten für Snacks oder Getränke.
Teller sind beim Frühstück abgeschlagen.
das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. der Poolzugang vom Zimmer aus war sehr toll.
Preis variiert stark, Lage ist für Personen, die die Ruhe suchen sehr gut. Ohne Fahrzeug kommt man jedoch nirgends annehmbar hin

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast abundant and gluten free options available as well. Bicycles can be used to discover the surroundings and beaches.
