5 mins walk from Pune Railway Station
Pros:

The location couldn't be any more perfect - it was just 5 mins walk from the Pune Railway Station. The area was full of eateries and absolutely safe. This hotel is highly recommended for those who have an early morning train to catch.

I loved how prompt and courteous the staff were. I asked for a room not facing the road and they agreed to my request. I needed to do a late check-out by a few hours and they asked for a half-day price which was absolutely reasonable.

Coming to the room, it was spacious, the beds were comfortable. The tv was working. The ensuite bathroom was clean. Just that I had to ask for the toiletries which they immediately provided.

Regarding drinking water, there's a jug in the room that they refilled any time I wanted.

The room service was great. Could order my meals directly from the room and the food came in 20 mins.

Overall pretty satisfied with the stay and the service!

Cons:

Not much to say, maybe they could have provided more than one towel.

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable and I felt safe as a woman travelling alone. Very convenient to be so close to the train station.

Cons:

A very busy area and some of the staff were a little bit grumpy about helping me, perhaps to be fair because I could only communicate in English.

Pros:

Location. Attached restaurant . Helpful staff. Clean and well maintained . Complementary breakfast - though restricted to two dishes daily, it was more than adequate.

Cons:

The Wi Fi worked only on first day ..despite multiple reminders in second day , it was not rectified and they were a bit vague about getting it to work with "oh this is short term. It won't happen. It shouldn't happen" and similar vague statements.
It would be ideal of the room has a kettle and tea/ coffee bags and sachets

Ein gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof fand ich ideal. Hatte zuerst ein Zimmer mit Balkon zur Straßenseite, konnte es auf Wunsch wegen des enormen Verkehrslärms wechseln in einen kleineren Raum ohne Balkon auf der Hofseite. Hier war es sehr ruhig. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, das Bett bequem, Handtücher und Bettwaren weiß und fleckenfrei. Der Fernseher funktionierte. Heißes Wasser war jederzeit vorhanden. Viele Lichtquellen. Stabiles Wlan. Sehr gute Verdunkelungsgardinen. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Hospitality at its best. One suggestion: Tea/ Coffee room service can be advanced to 6 a.m.
