Never book @white house hotel
Pros:

Nothing like at white House very bad experience as booked AC room but provided non AC room no water facility poor wife no clearness at all and rude reply from reception person

checkin was rejected twice.(access amount was demanded). rude staff behavior .. was continous contact with oyo call center. and atlast got room at 9pm.. oyo was supportive. hotel staff was. not.. room which was provided also didn't have air condition . room was not tidy

booking.com is showing an amount of approx 800 (including all)but when you reach there they will not accept. they will charge you 1200

Cons:

No facilities were given, even after booking an ac room there was no ac. More amount was asked to pay at reception during the check in.
